When playing, white pixels blow out and then turn black as if there’s an issue with rendering the background. Anyone know what could be causing this? Only happens when i’m outside/exterior. After a while the screen goes black.

you should check it on other games, if similar things happen for you in any other game then its either your console or your viewing device, if no such thing is happening in any other game xcept Skyrim then you have found new and unheard bug, and should report it to BugFiesta (aka Bethesda)
