Every time I finish defeating every thing in Kilkreath Meridia lifts me up talks to me then drops me to my death , is this a repairable glitch? I have fought the battle ended up with full health and still I end up dead?

I've never seen that! I always just "float" back down the same way I rose up. Is there anything "odd" about your condition before Meridia lifts you up, such as being outrageously over-encumbered?
