Post subject: Glitched hearthfire houses (xbox one)

So, after building 2 full houses and one wing away from completing the last house, the workbench and drafting table have glitched out. The drafting table has control over 2 houses, i.e. being able to take the workbenches out of the rooms for the current house, and also the wings of the last house I've built. Can't find my way around it. Also, it seems my skill book counter has frozen at 47 as well.
