I've been having this reoccurring problem where Shadowmere simply stops sprinting. Every other horse I ride can still sprint but Shadowmere can't. I originally thought it was Convenient Horses that was screwing it up since it would tell me I'm in "Bound Key Mode" whenever I was unable to sprint, however I haven't touched any of those settings and disabling Convenient Horses doesn't fix it. Nor does killing Shadowmere and waiting for him to respawn.

Anyone having this issue? Any solution?

Have you tried using the console command player.placeatme 0009CCD7 1 and trying with that summoned shadowmere? If that one doesn't work then I imagine uninstalling and reinstalling convenient horses might help, alternatively installing Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim and using the thundering hooves spell may help offset the differences in speed.
