i know that you need 5 special jobs from vex/delvin on that city but is there any other requirements for it?

Not that I know of, aside from having been accepted into the Thieves Guild to begin with. Why do you ask, are you having trouble with some of them? Certain quests are known to have occasional problems, such as a required NPC being dead or otherwise vanished and therefore needing to be resurrected or teleported to the player's location via the console.

Well i am on Goldenglow mission and wanted to do all reputation quests early in questline. Now i done Summerset Shadows and didn't had a problem except one small mistake , when looting uttering hills cave while sneaking but before killing everybody there looting table near banner i miss-clicked on table and my khajiit sat by it and most of near "shadows" plus Limve came to say hello, well that was a small mistake by me and the last mistake for them.

Yeah, I hate that!

Idea for a mod:

Click on a chair or bench.
Pop-up window: "Do you really want to sit down?"
Click "Yes" or click "No" (or "Cancel").

Or if that generic approach would be too annoying:

Click on a chair or bench while sneaking.
Pop-up window: "You're currently sneaking. Do you really want to sit down now?"
Click "Yes" or click "No" (or "Cancel").
If you click "Yes," pop-up window changes to: "Um, okay. (Idiot!)"
