I have already asked this question on gamefaqs, but no one there could fully help. Is there a way to stop my character from initiating a killcam while hidden so that I can use the charged invisibility spell on my left hand to very quickly go back to being invisible after the stealth kill? Playing on a ps4.

try to attack from side or front, it may not do kill cam but do same damage (atleast it does for me) but some stealth kills from front still puts my char behind victim and does usual rough shave

Have you tried using the dagger in the left hand instead?

Trust me, I've tried stabbing them from the most accidental angles, as in, while not even aiming at them. It seems that if the game calculates that the hit will not miss once you press the button, the chance to trigger the killcam will happen. That explains why archer players complain about killcams making their shots miss. The game doesn't always anticipate if the attack will really hit. And yes, the first thing I tried to do was to hit from the front, only to get [&@%!] at my high elf girl gaining the power of teleportation.

Yes, but that takes away the spell charge. I imagine you can't make your dragonborn left handed haha. Gamefaqs guys told me to use the aetherial crown and spam the favorite menu. I wished there were another way to keep my combo. For now I'm trying to get sneak enchantments as high as possible so I can be invisible in broad daylight while on the line of sight of NPCs. It works just fine under some shadows.

There's always potions.
