Every time I return to Solitude I visit the Radient Raiment in search of the top of the range jewelry for "Haggling", which should give me 25% on prices. I have picked up, one by one, all of the necklaces leading up to the Peerless but I seem to have stalled at the Extreme.

Research tells me that this establishment is the only likely place where I'll pick this item up, if ever.

Is there any way I can force this issue? I've even tried clearing out her inventory to encourage new stock, but it is still evading me.

Any ideas?

Out of interest, has anybody found what I am looking for - anywhere?

I'm on PS4 so unlike the PC players, I can't magic what I want with console commands.

Unfortunately, because it's all randomly generated( i think), just waiting it out and seeing what you get is the only way. That said, if you have the skill, try Enchanting your own version. It should be possible to match or exceed it.

I'm about level 75 on Enchanting but up to yet haven't really pursued it apart from a couple of simple things.

So how would I go about Enchanting say, a ring, with a level above Peerless (25%), with what I've got.

I have a Minor, Major and Exteme I think in Haggling.

If you have the fortify speech effect, it should be viable to go above it. May be worth consulting the wiki page on it for further details.

Based on comparisons with other similar skills I think a Necklace of +35% Barter (+29% without the Dragonborn DLC stuff) and Potions of +40% Barter (lower without the DLC stuff) should be doable by a maxed out character.

I have managed to obtain it at last. I had to wait a bloody long time though.

Still waiting for all of the other "Peerless" jewellery outstanding.
