haha this damn bug happened to me when i started the "Diplomatic Immunity"

now i talked to delphine meet her in solitude and give my weapon and armor to get back after sneak out the party.
but after this the quest said to me talk to "Malborn" but i didnt see it(seriously) and get to the party in the carriage
i get into the party and only there i see that i needed to talk with malborn
but i saw on the map he was veeeeery away from the party i couldnt fast travel so i get out of the thalmor embassy and used the console to unlock de gate(i'm on pc,selected it and wrote "unlock")
so i could fast travel and meet malborn in middle of skyrim close to dragonbridge,crazy bug,and malborn didnt go to the party and just stayed walkinga away
so i used console to unlock the doors on thalmor embassy and complete the quest
but something remains,i couldnt sleep or wait in any location
the game recognizes that i still on the party(and make some weeks that i've completed that quest)
how can i fix it someone knows?

You were supposed to talk to Malborn before talking to Delphine. You give him the equipment you want him to bring to the party. Delphine takes the rest of your stuff. You will probably need to reload a previous save.

its over never i will sleep again!
its been a long time i've completed this quest
no hope for me hahaha

Maybe tring to complete the quest via console?

but i dont know how to start really noobish but i just found the quest stage in console not found how to start the quest

sleep is over rated, i have over 350+ hrs and have only sleep for 1 hrs in game time, i just wait it out

but i cant wait and sleep!!!
sometimes i need to wait and....

but theres someway to start the quest again?

There is no way to go back in or re-start a quest. The only thing you could do is use the setstage console command for every single stage of the quest and hope that fixes it.

check this page: http://uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Diplomatic_Immunity#Quest_Stages and use the console to clear every stage. Example:

setstage mq201 5
setstage mq201 10
setstage mq201 20
etc...to 250
