Wild Elves in the Thalmor Embassy.

I've been charged with finding the book "The Wild Elves" by Ugar.

According the indicator on the map it appears to be in the Thalmor Embassy.

I have been here before during the main quest but it seems now that everything is locked up. I can get the the main gate and I can access the barracks but the main building is apparently off limits. I am geting a message telling me I need a key.

How do I get in?

The stupid thing is the guards within the grounds can shoot at me but I can't get at them.

I researched it and tried two methods. There were several including riding in on a horse and jumping over the wall but I ignored that one.

I tried going in from the exit cave but that was difficult and I gave up after a few tries.

What did work was the plate method. By holding a plate up against the wall at head height and then whirlwind rushing at it, you go straight through. It states in the Wiki and on YouTube that it may take several attempts, but I did it one strangely for me!

Damned book weren't there anyway! It was in a cavern just down the way.
