Experience gains and difficulty level

[this topic is about grinding experience levels on high/very high character levels]
How difficulty levels effect xp gain?
I know that magic xp gain is semi effected : destruction on higher levels in total will get more xp per enemy duo to reduced damage and fixed experience gains per spell, restoration will also gain more xp per fight duo to higher recieved damage hence more healing spell use needed.
But what about combat (warrior) skills? Do higher difficulty get more/less xp? I know that weapon skills get xp based on unmodified (by smithing, enchantment) damage so on higher difficulty need more hits per enemy duo to less damage done, but does XP gain PER HIT is modified by by difficulty level?
IF xp gain PER HIT is LOWER on higher difficulty level then its best to use highest base damage weapon unimproved, un-enchanted against highest hp enemy on lowest difficulty level healing him up.
IF xp gain PER HIT is SAME on all difficulty levels with same weapon then its best to use highest base damage weapon unimproved, un-enchanted against high hp enemy on highest difficulty level.
Same with armor experience gains: enemy with higher damage get more xp per hit but does xp gain per hit is higher on higher difficulty level duo to higher total damage per hit or it is only base damage (after armor) counted?
IF xp gain PER HIT is HIGHER on higher difficulty level then its best to use only hide boots/bracers unimproved for light armor training or iron boots/bracers unimproved for heavy armor training on highest difficulty level against highest (possible to survive) damage doing enemy constantly healing/using very strong health regen potions/enchants.

Pretty sure the EXP received is the same across all difficulties, outside of how many times you need to hit the enemies or heal yourself, etc.

does archery xp gain description changed in wiki? because i seam to remember what best gain would be to use unenchanted untempered high base damage bow with practice arrows, couse skill gain depends only on base damage of bow not arrow. but now i cant find that info, instead it shows that total damage is used in calculation. so how is skill xp gained really and what combo of bow/arrow to use for archery grinding (against potent atronach or dremora lord)
