 Post subject: Question about creating a mod

I have a quick Q on creating a mod. I want to stop the World Interaction of the Thalmor vs Player and Dark Brotherhood vs Player from happening as they are immersive killing interactions, especially when playing as a simple hunter.

I believe I know where they are in the CK and "deleted" them. It now has the * to signify the edit, and has in the count column "0*D". (Seems I cannot add the image via my website)

The Q is this, by deleting the 2 World interactions (wilderness), will the mod I created stop them from occurring or would the regular file take precedence and be littered with the attacks still?
