Hey guys, I just got Dawnguard for PC, and I have a problem, and I'm not sure if it's a bug or if it's supposed to be like this...

When I'm in vampire lord mode and I get attacked by a vampire who uses the absorving health spell I can't move at all and I can't attack... It makes this form completely useless against any kind of vampire... Is it supposed to be like this?

Just because I thought about it while writing in another thread...
Did anyone else notice those gigantic snake heads with bloodred eyes half buried in that cave where you free Serana? They lie around where the Gargoyles attack you when you leave the place (before you get to the draugr)
Is that maybe some kind of hint to something? Snake-people thingy?

They were a little more snake-like than similar statues in other ruins, huh? It could mean something, or it could be just another rendition of the same things..

Speaking of glowing eyes, I really like the effect Glass Armor has on my Nord's appearance as a vampire.

No they were unlinke anything I have ever seen in other tombs. They are made of white stone(?), have huge fangs and very red eyes. And they are snakes, you couldn't mistake them for anything else, even if they're half buried. There's two of them.

Poke 'em with a stick and see what happens. Make Steve Irwin proud!

I just saw that Revered Dragons shout out that purple shout in a mans voice , unlike Fire Breath and Frost Breath

Yea hey was your character a werewolf or had ever been one when it happened? I havent experience the encounter yet but im guessing you have to have been a werewolf.

no, but i couldn't contract the disease from him though.

it was actually a farmer, labelled farmer. he started attacking my horse then transformed into a werewolf. me and my horse killed him, and i was very confused by the incident.
again, i play on xbox.

I've only ever had one Werewolf encounter since Dawnguard came out for PC.

It wasn't too far from Bonestrewn Crest and the Werewolf was attacking three Vampires and the Ancient Dragon that was flying around the area. I haven't seen once since. The character I did see it on had been a Werewolf a very long time ago before she cured herself and became a Vampire.
