You'd be correct.
Specifically, that was the black horse from Swift Steeds. It adds new light breed horses to the game.
I did my own texture work and made some edits to the .esp, though (mostly making the horses faster, and making them ignore friendly fire).

Nope. She still hasn't moved.

I have an Intel Core i5 3570k, 3.4GHz. That combined with a NVidia GeForce GTX 660 and 16GB of RAM makes me a very happy Skyrim player! =D

UGH, Brelyna, you are so cute, you're the Tali of Skyrim.
Anyway, my dear wife Brelyna'Maryon vas Winterhold and I tore up some forts.
Then I may have stolen some people's clothes for my own amusement.

Then I remembered my video hotkey and made a few gifs.

Ugh. I know that feeling.

My wimpy little GTX 285 1GB won't stand up to a 660.
Neither will the rest of my PC, either (Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E6500 2.83GHz 2.94GHz, 4GB RAM, and a P5G41T-M motherboard). The issue with owning a 4 year old gaming PC. I called it "ancient technology" earlier, even though it isn't that bad. It lets me play on higher-than-high-but-not-quite-ultra. In other words, basic Ultra settings but with the shadow quality on high, decal quantity on high, and distant object detail on high. Can run with an ENB, too. Just depends on which one. The one I was using in my last post has no performance loss.

On topic:
I'll get some shots later. I've spent most of my Skyrim time troubleshooting some texture issues and testing mods.
For some reason, my Werewolf eyes are broken. The game doesn't seem to be rendering the texture properly. In other words: it looks like this.
Does that for all textures (even vanilla) and I have not found a solution.

Edit:
Found the issue with my Werewolf eyes. The shadows in my game were being funny again. Fixed it, and now the eyes are back to normal.

The Giant and the Herd

Mauin: What dragon is that in some of your screenshots? The one with the purple-ish wings that look like a space nebula? Is it a vanilla game dragon I've not seen yet, or a mod dragon?

From the latest exploits of my Argonian thief/assassin/Companion/Dawnguard, Comes-Up-Last:

"Now which of you two is going to toss a poor dog a morsel?"
"Shsh, don't tell Horgeir he's sitting next to the most wanted man lizard in all Skyrim!"
Red skies over Solitude
Red Sky, Red Wave
Two Argonians in Blackreach
Something sneaky this way comes
Durnehviir exulting in his freedom
Long time no see
Awkward moment as Comes-Up-Last realizes that adventuring with Anum-La was so much more fun than domestic life at Honeyside

ETA: Discussing guild matters over a pint of Sujamma
(Forgot that one the first time around; minor Dragonborn spoiler, I suppose.)

Comes-Up-Last is quite handsome.

Anyone else get gross eyes like this? Only a restart fixes it for me.
Sovngarde looks awesome.
It's like they didn't care that I would try to sit there.

^Thanks, Console! :D It's not every day that you hear a six foot tall green-scaled bipedal lizard described with that adjective, but having put some effort and a few visits to Galathir into his looks I appreciate the compliment. (Inspiration-wise, think of him as the love-child of the hooded thief who holds us up on the road and the hide-armoured loading screen Argonian.)

Not exactly as planned... But the end result is still the same. The problem is her appearance won't stay like that (reverts upon reload and whatnot). Of course, if I give her the full monster appearance, that sticks. So I guess she looks like a monster in-game, but in my stories, this is what she looks like.
... And now we go back to the regular program of Vulom Staadnau killing things. Sort of.

Hey! Athis is actually doing something useful for once! Well, it would be useful story-wise, anyway. Not so much in-game. Still. He usually spends his days sitting around and drinking. Or staring at a wall.
Working Man Or boy. Athis looks pretty damn young right there. I think it's the lighting, hiding the usual Dunmer wrinkles and whatnot. Then again, they aren't exactly all that defined anyway since I'm using Smooth Faces for (Ladies and) Gents. Lore-friendly version for more wrinkles than what the normal version would have.

These pics are great and the quality looks better than the scenery on my xbox. I have had lots of occasions where ive wanted to take a screenshot. Does anyone know if there is a feature for this or is it just a pc thing? Ive not got xbox live so probably not :(

Happy snapping!

It's a PC thing. I believe if you want to take screenshots or video on an Xbox (or PS3), you need a special device for it. I just can't remember what it's called.

As for the appearance of shots, I myself play on a heavily modded Skyrim (I've probably got a few GB of mods hanging around on my PC).
Others here play mostly vanilla. Quality will also depend on the PC; a weaker machine will have poorer graphics (among other things) than an Xbox, and a stronger machine will have superior graphics.

Ah yes, maybe with the Kinect gadget it would be possible. I'll just have to enjoy them 'in the moment' and jealously look at the ones on here. Sometimes I save at a good screenshot and then have a very mini version in the save files.

If it's any comfort, Aarah, the best moments in my game are usually over before I ever think of hitting the console key; which is why most of my shots are, what shall I call them, genre pieces and portraits such as these:

Comes-Up-Last unhooded
Yeah, that's Serana in the background - the woman I mean, not the horse; although it would be kinda cool to name a horse after her. Anyway, I think scaled armour becomes her.

Serana hooded
She's a cutie, you've got to give her that (and forgive the atrocious clipping), although she's getting on Comes-Up-Last's nerves bigtime and he's looking forwards to getting rid of her; it's actually fun to play Dawnguard with a character who isn't in the least sexually attracted to Serana - I mean, why should he be? No scales, no horns, no tail, boring; quite unlike this lady:

Anum-La the Swamp Knight from Interesting NPCs, who never complains about the weather and ever so often just cracks me up with the things she says out of the blue; such as "Good to see young people chose a career in crime, that much more bounty for you and me" when approaching a bandit hideout, or "It seems the entire Argonian population of this city is wherever you and I happen to be standing" in Whiterun, or her suggestion to put some alcohol into Klimmek's supplies to help the Greybeards loosen up a bit. That mod is pure gold.

Dark Brotherhood spoilers:
Spoiler:
The Mother and her wayward son
Comes-Up-Last is about as unlikely a Listener as it gets - he's only in the assassinating business for the money (and because killing is something he knows how to do from his past life as a highwayman), the whole Sithis worship aspect is Greek Akaviri to him (he's actually the most irreligious of all my characters - he does worship the Hist, of course, but nothing else, be it Aedra or Daedra). He'll probably end up killing Cicero and pretty much forgetting about the Brotherhood after the questline is done - I mean, after killing the Emperor, everything else is anticlimactic, right?

Aetherial
(and before you ask: Lord on the crown, Atronach on me; would have made more sense other way round, but I couldn't be bothered. Much better dealing with mages and dragons now.)
