I assume that Blade refers to Bolar, so I'm going to guess Bolar's Oathblade.

Sorry, daedricprincess, your blind guess isn't exactly close though MetaCthulhu (thank you for the repost ) is quite close. However the item the riddle is about isn't a blade.

I guess I should provide another hint: The item is in the Rift. "the Divided" = the Rift.

I should probably also mention that the third and fourth lines of the second paragraph of the riddle is basically saying that item's design is inspired rather heavily from something in the real world. Perhaps don't pay too much attention to those two lines unless you've found the location of the item.

So to sum up your guesses and hints: The riddle is about a non-magickal item (that has an obvious real world inspiration...well for me at least) that's by a Shrine of Talos which is in the Rift and near the home of an NPC who is somehow related to a blade or has "Blade" in their name.

I hope the item I picked isn't too obscure or my riddle too...weird?

Yup, congrats MetaCthulhu, the riddle is about the closed-face Imperial Helmet. I'm rather disappointed it's not used by any NPC's but oh well.

While thrice you may find me, (apparently you can find three of the helmets in Skyrim)
My place of obscure honour is at the feet of the divine Warrior, (UESP says that the location I chose was the most "obscure" and "divine Warrior" = Talos)
Whose shrine is near the humble home of the divine Winds' faithful Blade. ("humble home" = Froki's Shack, "divine Wind" = Kyne (Kynareth), Blade = "Froki Whetted-Blade" (Related Quests: Kyne's Sacred Trials))

Whilst I may be the protector of great warriors, (It's a helmet so it protects warriors)
You will find me near no living being, (another location of the helmet is outside Meridia's Temple next to a corpse, also I don't think there's any NPC's who wear the helmet)
For I allude to another time, another place. ("another time" = Classical Antiquity, "another place" = Earth)
A place of different warriors, different wars, ("different warriors" = Ancient Greek hoplites, "different wars"...well Ancient Greece had quite a few wars)
to that of these Mountains, (location of the helmet is in the mountains)
that tower over the Ends' Return, (End's Return = Helgen)
and the Divided. (the Divided = the Rift plus it alludes to the Civil War)
