It's an enchanted armor set.

Many say the DB armor is aesthetically pleasing.


The entire set is in the same area.

The armor is entombed, and Olava the feeble "sees" the armor, kinda like an echo.

It's definitely plural, so it's probably not an artifact (except for maybe the dragon priest masks)
Uncover the hidden,
It's beauty is freed,
It says they're hidden, so they're probably not just sitting out in the open, but it may mean the area they are in is hidden. Alternatively, It may mean that the item needed to get them is hidden. The riddle also says "Its beauty is free" so, while beauty is relative, I don't think it's going to be something like a pile of logs.
(There is a break in the riddle here, so the stanzas might be two separate things that we have to connect)
You'll find us all at once,
Only half of the year,
Whoever figures this phrase out will probably solve the riddle. "Only half of the year" might be summer/winter, or it might be day/night.
Dormant under shelter,
Though our echo you will hear.
"Dormant under shelter" could mean (A) that it's buried underground or (B) that it doesn't work indoors (like the clear skies shout). "Though our echo you will hear" could mean a actual echo, or it could mean an echo of a person, a ghost.

An aid to progression,
We'll help you succeed,
The words help you progress up to the top of the Throat of the World, which is inaccessible without them.
Uncover the hidden,
It's beauty is freed,
This was probably not the clearest clue - it is a reference to the shout clearing away storms and inclement weather, allowing you to see the aurora at night (and places in the distance).

You'll find us all at once,
Only half of the year,
The Greybeards teach you all the words at once, and two of the words 'Vah' and 'Koor' translate as 'Spring' and 'Summer', ie: half of the year.
Dormant under shelter,
Though our echo you will hear.
Does indeed mean that they are inactive when used indoors, and the 'echo' and 'hear' alluded to the answer being based on sound.
