Sweet rolls. They are not the beginning,and they won't be the end...cuz they're just sweet rolls. Their end comes through the allegiance of people who wish to eat them. Strong and weak people can participate, but only the bravest can hunt them because it might throw off their diet. They are the catalyst for their undoing because they are so addictive that everyone stops caring about diets and can't stop eating them thus speeding up the process of their end.

I am not the beginning, nor am I the end. (He is not the first, nor the last dragon you meet)
My end comes through allegiance, (Fight alongside the guards)
Through the strong or the weak, (You can be high or low level?)
But only few can truly hunt me. (Not many can hunt dragons? Dragonstone reference? )
I'm the catalyst of our undoing. (Killing him initiates the dragonborn prophecy)

(Also Mil-mul-nir translates as Allegiance, Strong, Hunt. These are words in lines 2, 3 and 4)

Spot on! Great catch on the Mil-mul-nir breakdown :D 100% correct with every part (Hunt part is to reference the Dragonborn's throughout history are the only ones who can truly kill and harvest a Dragon's life)
