Faldar's Tooth?

That was fast. ElderSkillz has it right. And here I thought I was being obscure.

Analysis:
Come inside from outside,
Go outside from inside,
Or bypass my quarters entirely.
This refers to a room accessable by either going through the entire dungeon, or picking the lock on a gate around the side of the building. From that room, you go up to the towers on which the boss lives, thus bypassing the bulk of the dungeon, the 'quarters'.

Rings round the hunted,
Floods in the cellar,
Features of the ruin. The hunted=wolves, which are made to fight in an arena, and a lot of the lower levels are flooded.

The gnashing and baring of fang.
This line sort of ties back to the wolves, but mostly is just a hint at the 'tooth' in the name.

Really? I just cleared it this weekend, and I liked it fairly well for a fort. Not that I ever like forts and caves much, but the places where people had clearly been gambling made me smile, and the arena was a cool little touch.

Anyway, on topic... I don't have any firm guesses, but I'm guessing it's a weapon of some sort, with an enchantment, maybe one that doesn't actually work? I'm trying to interpret the first line, and maybe the last as well... The third line points to Mehrune's Razor, I think, the one that has a chance of killing instantly, but the rest don't fit...

ON second thought, Champion's Cudgel, maybe?
