The riddle and its answer indeed have to do with a faction.

Huge hint:
All the numbers in the riddle stand for the amount of letters in certain words.

9 is Harbinger, right? The first numbers stand for Kodlak, Aela, Skjor, Vilkas and Farkas. All of them belong to the set "green 6", that is, the Circle. The pink 8 means werewolf. 10 (which I take means the Dovahkiin) is added to the werewolf set, and is then a member of the Circle. "Green 6" minus five is Skjor's death, "green 6" minus six is that of Kodlak's. Then Kodlak is cured, and the Dovahkiin becomes the 9, that is, the harbinger.

That is an absolutely correct answer and explanation!

I had some inkling the numbers might represent NPCs, but until your last hint couldn't really make heads or tails of it. But, well, here is another riddle. I apologize in advance about its quality, since I'm much better at solving than at inventing riddles.

"When you hear my roar, I'm already on you. I am big, yet strike as if from nowhere. I am found in forest and valley, mountain and glacier. I am strong, but a well-placed shout might make me fly to my doom. Who am I?"

I wanna say that poor bear I pushed off the side of a mountain.. but I know that's not it..

Yeah, I edited the riddle a bit. Sorry about that. I intended it to be a coin-toss if it's a dragon or a bear, but well, I'm awful at making riddles. So, anyone up to inventing one?

I knew you'd bump this thread up once you saw the Oblivion one, Kolossus! This one has had me beyond confused for months now. I can't even start to analyze it, really.

• Menacing - Dennis the Menace - Very close. One of these words is what you need to recover the answer to the riddle.

• Searching - nope.
• A ride/someone to take me - nope. Why not take this literally?
• From point A to point B - not quite. You need to describe this line in one word.
• Fast! - close. You might want to look for a synonym.
• Quiet - nope. This line conceals a verb.

• This has me stuck- it's the Flatiron building in NYC, and offers up nothing but vague allusions in my brainpan. - That's exactly what's concealed here. This line refers to the word 'flat'.
• Together - Nope.
• A ribbon on your finger usually alludes to one who is trying to remember something. - Correct. The word we need in this line is 'remember'.
• Headache/Flustered/difficult - None correct.
• Time - Close.
• Not really sure what the last image refers to; I don't recognize the symbol. - This symbol may be found in the 'About' section of, say, a website. The correct word here is 'About'
