The only thing that I think of with "mind the voice acting" is the female version of Ragnar the red.

I like your joke, and being cheered up as I am, I'll give a hint that will help get the thread of the riddle once and for all. :wink:

The NPC in question is voiced by the same actor as most male Thalmor (with the exception of Ancano). That's the technical connection - and the bit about minding the voice acting.

Yea in some cases a thalmor can be a bosmer.... So let's think, if its not a high elf then we look at Neil Dickson who voiced high elves and most named thalmor, if its not a high elf then look for additional voice actors who voice thalmor or high elves/bosmer ? In fact next time you kill a female thalmor grunt take a good look at her, she is usually 5'9 and that's not a altmer, that's mor like a bosmer... Jes throwing that out there

My guess would be fethis alor... Which completely blows my above theory out of the water, since Neil Dickson does fethis voice...
