I was about to say Titus Mede I or II but their connection to the Thalmor would be too obvious, I think. Argh

Kept spending my time looking at Northwatch Keep, but completely forgot something obvious..
It has to do with one of the npc's at Thalmor Embassy during the party.>_> but I'm not sure. All ik is the scene for the distraction is much like a play.

Well I did notice she didn't disapprove of my theory>_> but she also didn't address it. If it's true, I don't wanna randomly throw out names like Erikur=-= I hate that guy.

Something from a good old-fashioned play - this line refers to a plot trope commonly used in comedies revolving around family relationships.

One of the lines doesn't quite fit, to me, but what about, Olfrid, patron of the great clan Battle-Born? The last two lines really remind me of him, lol.

I like this actually. He is a Battle-Born so there'd be an obvious connection to the Empire and the missive is proof to some kind of relation with the Thalmor. The hostility between the different clans in Whiterun is a theme that can be found in classic comedy.
The last two lines are fitting too as he likes to talk and threat a lot but unlike his Greymane counterpart he will never become Jarl.
