I don't understand, is their a deadra heart that has a name, or a quest marker attached to it... Far as I know there are always hearts at azuras statue, provided you wait for the respawn... There's a heart in the companions house and quite a few others... Not sure if they all respawn but quite a few of them do.. I know the ones in night crawler temple don't and that's the only one that deals with orcs, the other orc quest related hearts all respawn... At least they do on the Xbox cause I farm them for the forge under winterhold... Matter of fact to finish any quest dealing with daedra hearts can be simply bought from a vendor and brought back to the quest giver...
