'Nobody scream' - The description notes that this thu'um isn't actually a shout.
'Three holidays in one' - You get all three words simultaneously.
I don't understand the third, fourth or last lines, though the fourth and final ones could be referring to Krosis and the difficulties with fighting him.

It's not something everyone sees. Even during the quest or revisiting the area there's a chance that you won't see it due to a certain trap.

God, I have no idea... Is this something specific or a broader concept? Because right now it seems like I've been too broad with my guesses.
