He's a ghost, and is obviously dead, so he shows you the danger of Avanchnzel.
Disturbing and creepy all the time.
Still a ghost..And ghosts are creepy.
No eyes to see but I stare,
He doesn't have a body, thus he has no real, non-ethreal eyes. Plus, his name is Watches-The-Roots.
Forever stuck with digits for hair.

hmm uh... makes me think of Chaurus

the last lines a little hard to understand, so i just guessed something that had no hair , and was a sign of dangers within (falmer). i dont think they have eyes, what with the antenna ...but wait .. they might ..

to the point, my guess is Chaurus
