Maybe next in line or literally has no crown but is of wealth. Or could be the queen of something as the Gray Fox is the king of thieves.

In a hold named after a river is where I be.
There's the white river and river hjaal in Whiterun and Hjaalmarch respectively.

I am no great warrior, but I'll adventure with you.
A follower? Maybe a citizen or maybe just not a warrior such as a Mage or ranger.

Traveling happens to be one of my favorite things to do.
Either has dialogue saying they like to travel or has a routine which requires it.

I will guess it is NOT the "Queen Bee Statue" in Goldenglow Estate. As a new member on the forum, I do realize the contest is not trying to guess what it is NOT duh, that would be too easy - but I need to get my post count up to 10 posts. Sorry.

Actually, if it weren't for the line about a hold named after a river, I'd almost swear this would be the Queen Bee Statue from the Goldenglow Estate. It has no crown, you can carry it around forever until you turn it in since it's a quest item, and bee's are well known to travel great distances in the search for pollen. I just can't make the river line fit; I even Googled the Golden Glow River in case Hrolf was being sneaky and brought in some real world information, but only came up with a street in New Jersy...
