Well, I didnt know that existed when I ended up getting my first trivia riddle on my first guess. But in the end, everyone who is on that thread, can come here right? Anyways... this riddle works just fine as a skyrim riddle.

No its not serana.

Any one of the lines could have been something in Skyrim...
The very first line... its a book IN SKYRIM.
2 betrayed carry a shadow. They are carrying it for a king. - if you read the books, particularly skill books. This is easy.

Sent to protect the slave that serves 2 yet 1.... 2 yet 1. What has 2 identities in the same thing? Or where does the slave (player) deliver 2 people to serve themselves and the entity that is 2 yet 1.

This makes me think of Delphine and Esber, the 2 identities yet 1 is Talos/Tiber Septim and the blades erve Talos.

Nothing to do with any faction (at least the Skyrim references) One faction from morrowind is touched on but only the beginning and the end of that faction because it leads to this.

For some reason this reminds me of the Ebony Mail. I am probably wrong though.

Finally, someone guesses it... I just hope it wasnt a random guess.

Well shadows and betrayal and "slaves" reminded me of the Boethiah quest, so that is where I got my guess.

Someone else can go, I am not on often enough to think of something or check up on answers.

Hm... I'm gonna give you Blackreach. I was originally thinking Alftand, but I don't think I gave enough detail for that... It was a hastily thought out riddle.
