Name: Llavyn Zainab

Sex: Male

Race: Dunmer

Playstyle: Witchhunter

Main Skills: Marksman, Light Armor, Conjuration, Alchemy, Sneak

Minor Skills: Block, One-Handed, Enchanting, Illusion

Background: Llavyn is the son of the Zainab tribe's chieftain. The Zainab fled Vvardenfell just prior to the devastation of the island when Llavyn was an infant and he was raised on the coast of the mainland. He was trained in the witchhunter's trade by the wise woman and left at the age of thirty (fifteen by human standards) to seek his fortune. At the age of forty, he arrived in Skyrim and was captured by Imperials, who suspected him of being a Stormcloak spy. He narrowly escaped execution in Helgen and now roams across Skyrim, taking mercenary work to feed himself when money is tight.

Name: Lanius Avellan Level currently(34)
Race: Imperial
Playstyle: Combat Assassin
Major skills: One Handed, Light Armor, Archery, Sneak
Minor skills: Smithing, Enchanting, Alchemy, Speech
Desrciption:Very strong in Close Combat, while having long ranged capabilites. Likes to Dual wield swords. Also is stealthy. Does crime to survive and provide for his family, but always tries to do the right thing. Only kills when they deserve to be killed.
Backstory: Born in Cyrodill, Lanius lived a nobles life, having everything handed to him. At age 10, he decided he needed to work for what he did, so he just started working for his families bussiness. By the time he was 17, he was very smart, athletic, and very strong in a fight, due from training from old war heroes. He was also known as a ladies man, having very many relations with many different women. He was grateful for what he had, and was like some snobby noble. At 17, he fell in love with a fellow Imperial named Camila Valerius. They had something special. But her brother, Lucan, did not like his sister spending time with Lanius, and forced her to stop seeing him. Lanius did everything he could to see her, including sneaking in her house. Evnetually, Lucan caught on to this, and moved him and her to Skyrim. Lanius was angry, and tried to move on. But then, maruaders attacked his town, killing evryone besides him. At this point, Lanius decided to train himself and became stronger, quicker, and smarter. He started to do merc work in order to showcase his skills and put them to the test. He became a legendary figure in those parts, but found nothing more to do. He decided to move north, up to Skyrim, and try his luck there. He had heard about the civil disruption up there, and went to put a stop to it. He figured his old love was probably dead, as Skyrim was a harsh land. He soon figured out how harsh it was, crossing the border and being captured by the Legion in a ambush on some Stormcloaks, and, about to be executed, thought his life and legend was over, when it has truly just begun...

I made a Khajiit modeled after Puss in Boots. Pretty confident he'll be a keeper.

Name: Drell
Race: Breton
Gender: Male
Style: Mage/Thief

Drell is a Breton that after being attacked by Alduin at Helgen, went to Whiterun. There, he aspired to be the court mage's apprentice. One day though, he got tired of Nazeem's [&@%!], and murdered him. The guards hauled him off the the Dragonsreach dungeon, but Drell wouldn't have it. He saw a loose grate and picked the lock on it to go into the sewers of Dragonsreach. After obtaining his gear, stealing a horse, and fleeing Whiterun he thought he was in the clear. But then a group of hired thugs, contracted by Nazeem's wife came out to attack Drell. Drell fought them off after a group of wolves managed to kill two of the three thugs (true story, those wolves saved my ass), but then a Whiterun guard came up and tried to bring Drell down. In the chaos, Drell accidentally killed the guard and that's when he knew that he could never return to Whiterun. So now Drell searches the Skyrim plains and tundras, looking to improve his magical skill, learn more about thiefcraft, and find a home. So far though, things have not been in his favor..

Meet D'ravi. A new Female Khajiit I'm making.
She dresses in fine clothes and jewelry, but beneath the ladylike appearance is a trained killer. Ready to strike with bow, dagger, or claw.

Name: D'ravi (Dravi because the single quote can not be used in Skyrim unlike in Oblivion)
Race: Khajiit
Gender: Female
Style: Outward looking lady/merchant. Inward a ruthless killer.

D'ravi came to Skyrim more or less following in the footsteps of Ri'saad and other caravaneers.
Unlike them. D'ravi finds more subvertive ways than mere merchanting.
She's a cat with class and an eye for fashion. She has grudges and many enemies. Most of wich are not aware of the fact.
Unlike the usual tough or smart criminals, D'ravi mostly plays silent about her secret profession, Keeping up the image of a polite Khajiit lady, whlie stealthily pursuing her foes and hunting them down at night.

Hope you like the idea. ^_^

Are you sure? Because I had a Khajiit I named U'basti, and I had no problem using the apostrophe. I haven't played in a while, though -- perhaps one of the patches changed that.

This the the most awesome character idea I've heard since someone a while ago wrote (paraphrasing) "Shaq. Redguard. Fell asleep in California, woke up in Skyrim."

Both are soooo good!

Carigana - Level 31

Race: Khajiit
Gender: Female
Playstyle: Assassin/Thief, occasionally dabbles in magic

Main Skills: Pickpocket (100), Two Handed (62), Lockpicking (56), Sneak (49)
Minor Skills: Destruction (43), Light Armour (45), Alchemy (41), Archery (30)
Other: Dabbles in conjuration here and there for summoning a Flame Atronach in tight situations, is working on Speech skill for better haggling, has a decent Heavy Armour skill (42) for the mix and match set of armour she carries around in case she gets in a serious battle.

Guilds: Dark Brotherhood, Thieves' Guild
Allegiences:Thane of Whiterun and Morthal. She hasn't yet picked a side in the civil war and doesn't yet want to, although she dislikes Imperials and Thalmor and will attack both of her own free will.
Worships:As a Dark Brotherhood member, Sithis and Mephala. She is also quite fond of Azura but is generally accepting of all Daedra.
Followers:Housecarl Lydia. Her mount is Shadowmere and she makes great use of her Spectral Assassin.

Carigana is not a typical assassin. While most prefer up close and personal short blades, Carigana's main weapon is her beloved, self-enchanted Dwarven Warhammer. She wields it with ruthless efficiency, but at times when it is not suitable for the job she uses poisons she makes herself or snipes them from a distance with her glass bow. As well as being a thief and an assassin Carigana dabbles in magic. She is a keen alchemist, creating her own poisons and health potions. She is practicing Conjuration and summons Flame Atronachs when needed. She also occasionally uses destruction magic and makes use of shouts. In this way she lives two lives - A freelance adventurer by day and an assassin and thief by night. It is hard to place if she is truly evil or not; she is just as likely to aid people, as can be seen in her Thaneships, as she is to murder them, creating a worrying dual-personality for the troubled cat. She enjoys wealth and is amassing as much money is she can.

Spoiler:
Carigana is a Morrowind born Khajiit who was born to two slaves; she escaped as a young kitten. She was eventually briefly enslaved after being caught pickpocketing a wealthy Dunmer and was brought into Skyrim when they fled there. Her Morrowind heritage accounts for much of her peculiarities as a Khajiit; her untraditional name, her belief in the Daedra and not the Khajiiti pantheon, and having no affection for moon sugar. This ostracized her from travelling camps and others of her kind and forced Carigana to travel on her own after escaping her masters. It was while on the run from them she was caught by Imperials and brought to be executed. It is from this incident that Carigana's intense distate for Imperials spawns despite the fact they fought to free slaves in her homeland. She however is not a Stormcloak sympathiser due to their discrimination of non-nords. With no help from anyone, not even fellow Khajiits, Carigana resorted to her old ways of pickpocketing and thievery. She was taken in by the Dark Brotherhood while working in Riften and killing Grelod, taking pity on the orphans. Carigana proved to be a natural assassin and has risen to be their Listener and the head of the Dawnstar Sanctuary. After discovering she was Dragonborn, Carigana roams Skyrim, collecting alchemical ingredients, helping and stealing from townsfolk and assassinating who she pleases.

Bio: She is a wandering witch, looking for a place to call home and practice her craft. She offers remedies and tonics along with enchanting services for townsfolk. She creates repel undead daggers for the priests of Arkay. But if you have any quest ideas ill take them. She isn't a coven witch so the ideals are probably different.

Name: Kuroi - Level 28
Race: Khajiit (Rawr, I'm a gray striped standing sabertooth. Fear meh)
Playstyle: Assassin/Thief

Main Skills: Lockpicking, Stealth, Archery, Pickpocket
Minor Skills: One-Handed, Alchemy, Illusion

Guilds/Allegiances: Dark Brotherhood, Part of Thieve's Guild but she doesn't feel any real allegiance to them, Stormcloaks - Wasn't too fond of the Imperials after they tried to cut off her head and labeling her as criminal scum..

Worships: Sithis

Companions/Followers/Friends: Cicero, Shadowmere...and Lucien Lachance but..HE WON'T SHUT UP
Goodness, I've had to slit his throats on more than one occasion..

Story: Kuroi is actually a distant relative of Kaitlyn, the legendary Listener of Cyrodill 200 years ago that was the almighty overpowered savior of the Dark Brotherhood. After being a wanted criminal in Cyrodill for so long, she fled to Skyrim and got jumped by a couple maniacs who threw her in a wagon. In Cyrodill, her parents were both killed by a bandit attack whereas she got away unscathed. This fueled revenge in her and eventually of course, Kuroi attracted the attention of the Dark Brotherhood. After all, their numbers were small so it couldn't hurt to acquire a new recruit that looked talented...Well, the fact that she got money for murdering just fueled that little part in her brain that told her killing was good. Psychopath killing machine resulted about a week later. Somehow, the guards started noticing and chased her out of Cheydinhal, to the Imperial City, up to Bruma, and across the border.

Kuroi fancies using a bow and arrow to send an arrow through her contract's head chuckling silently as they seem astounded that something like that would happen, and collapse, dead. However, she never neglects the use of her two daggers - she loves being up close and personal to see the light fade from their eyes herself. For some odd reason, Kuroi actually hates dungeons - she's scared that a zombie will sneak up to her in the pitch black or something of the sort. So to combat that issue, she just sends her faithful servant friend and summon, Lucien into those dark depths for her. Shadowmere and Kuroi can then be found lounging outside next to a campfire.

In the day, none of this is revealed about Kuroi. She's a mighty, shouting, dragon-slaying Khajiit who's rolling in gold. Sometimes, she's not scared to pick a few pockets but if she's ever found...well, the next thing the guards will find is a dead body.

I present to you, Luka Bromsson
Race: Nord
Gender: Male
Class: Warrior
Favoured Skills: One-Handed, Block, Heavy Armour, Smithing
Character Description: Luka is a Lawfully Good aligned character as much as possible, and for him, more so than most of my characters, morality is an important element of the character, and one I will endeavour to abide by at all times (so not even petty thievery shall be tolerated ). In terms of combat, he wields a longsword and shield combination, and wears heavy armour, favouring a more traditional block and counter style as opposed to my usual style, which is much more intense and tenacious, favouring speed and damage out-put. Luka is also a loyal follower of the Empire to the end, although not blindly, and he is more concerned with settling down and forging a new life for himself in Whiterun.
Other info: Luka was actually inspired by a character I wrote a short story about upon hearing news of Skyrim for the first time. The story followed his journey from his small rural town to Winter Hold, the Capital of Skyrim.

Name:Ariel
Race: Breton

Homeland: Cyrodiil
Reason(s) for crossing the Boarder:
To explore, as well as see a real Orc Stronghold

Back Story:
Caram was raised in Cyrodiil by her Mother and Father.
Her Mother, a "city Orc", lived her whole life in Cyrodiil and grew up in the Market District of the Imperial City, helping out in her Fathers' Weapon and Armour store.
Carams Father was born into a Stronghold in Skyrim, and left to join the Imperial Legion as soon as he came of age. During his service he was stationed in the Imperial City in Cyrodiil, and there he met and fell in love with Carams Mother.
As a child, Caram would pester her Father for stories of the Stronghold, and tales of Malacath were her bedtime story. She knew that one day she wanted to travel to Skyrim to see stronghold life for herself. Though, the more she thought about it, the less the thought of living in a stronghold crossed her mind. She was brought up around one on one committed relationships her whole life, and didn't like the idea of sharing.

The time came when Caram was old enough to go her own way, and she did. She packed up her things, and her parents gave her a good bit of gold that they had been saving, knowing this day would come. They saw her to the Stables, where they bought her a horse and then they waved her good buy. No tears filled their eyes but pride filled their hearts - Their little girl was all grown up.
It took Caram a good few months to reach the boarder, as she made frequent stops along the way. Things were looking good, until Caram was caught up in some Nord drama and got herself arrested!

To be continued...

* = "Caram" is Mongolian for "Tundra" (Or so one site told me), as I read that Orc culture is partly based on the ancient Mongolians. "Gra-Bolmog" I got from one of the more memorable (to me) Orcs from oblivion, Gogron gro-Bolmog of the Dark Brotherhood. Obviously changed gender-accordingly.

**If anyone wants to use my layout, go ahead :D
I know how annoying it is to try and think of one from scratch, specially if you're a bit of a perfectionist, like me. XD

Age: 23

He is a young Nord (even have his voice modded) born in Cyrodiil with his family. He was raised in Bruma and adapted to the cold in Bruma.
He was very loyal to the Empire during his childhood, and knew much of their history already at age 12.
When he was 23 years old, he ventured to Skyrim to see and be in his ancestors' homeland, from the south.
He decided to visit the central hold, Whiterun. Unfortunately, he was caught in an Imperial ambush, and showed great anger to them while keeping control and loyalty.

Name: Feánor (another character named after LOTR...)
Gender: Male
Race: Imperial
Age: during current story, he's 22
Class: Thief
Standing Stone: Thief at the beginning, then Shadow
Major Skills: Lockpicking, Sneak, Pickpocket
Minor Skills: Enchanting, Archery, Alchemy
Backstory: Born in the Imperial City, into a family of thieves, Feanor has been trained to steal his entire life. Things went smooth sailing until the Thalmor killed his parents when they attempted a hijack on a Thalmor trade shipment to Markarth. The Thalmor troops decided to make best of the situation and tied him up and threw him on the back, hoping to sell him to the Silver-Bloods as a slave. Near the border of Skyrim, the same trade shipment was intercepted again by some Stormcloaks who were on the way to a location in southern Skyrim. They free him and insist he joined the Stormcloak rebellion. Feanor, having no interest in killing (especially after seeing his parents die) or the civil war, doesn't seem to have a choice when they get ambushed by Imperial soldiers. You know how it goes from here.

Current story: Once he escaped Helgen, he stays in Skyrim, for fear of the Thalmor in Cyrodiil. He heads to Riverwood to hit a few houses. Unfortunately he gets caught and runs. He reaches the outskirts of Whiterun. He notices the guards are on alert of the city. He decides to escape from the hold the travel to the Rift, due to rumors of a Thieves Guild, by carriage with the small amount of gold he made bakc in Riverwood. He arrives at the Rift, and spots an old tactic at the gate that his parents use to use until the townspeople got smart. He points them out and they allow him to pass. He goes in and gets confronted by a man who offers him a chance to team with him in a little job for the Thieves Guild. Feanor agrees and does the job easily, which was a simple steal and plant job. The man named Brynyjolf, tells him if he wants to join he must meet him in the Ratway beneath the city. To be continued... (edit later)

Imperial

Thief, Tomb Raider and a Sell Sword.

I have always wanted to play an Imperial but that messed up jawline of theirs always put me off but after finally tinkering on enough to remove it I have at long last a character I am pleased with!

My main philosophy or rule of play is to not go into an area and obey that impulse to kill every enemy I set eyes on as this breaks my character. He will first look to get passed an enemy rather than kill it. The main drive behind this was that in real life you would not intentionally place yourself in the most dangerous possible situation at every given chance and that this character is more interested in gems and gold but tries to keep the risks in check with the reward. (Imperial felt right for this as their gold perk and calming voice just fits that perfectly)

I also incorporated a little Brotherhood of Steel lust for ancient technology motive into him as tribute to my favourite game faction so diving into old tombs in search for lost knowledge is his hobby when not on the merc job.

I want to avoid heavy archery focus and all heavy armour, destruction and two handed. Sneak, Pickpocket and illusion are his strengths as he prefers to avoid rather than engage his foes but can stab a back or two if it is required.

It is going well so far but I do find myself having to use a bow ALOT just to distract bandits out of the way. Bleak Falls was hell without a bow.

This last post made me realize that I haven't played as an Imperial either. Ever. In any TES game. This needs dealing with!
If I create an Imperial, it will be s male - I strive to keep a balance, and so far I have three females and two males - and his name will be... Phineas Ferbus!
Moooom! Phineas is going to Sovngarde to fight a world-eating dragon!
Yes, I like fun roleplays.

Amara Benirus
Race: Breton
Skills: Archery, One-Handed, Sneak, Restoration, Conjuration, Illusion
Current Level: 9
Guilds: Dark Brotherhood (just joined)
Goals: Learning her destiny and about the gods, finding a family and love, fighting evil, get a taste of what its like to be evil herself, joining the College of Winterhold (she was always fascinated by magic, but she has no knowledge of it at all so she doesn't have to much hope)

Amara has had a really hard childhood. Now that she is free of all this, she thinks that she has "seen it all". She can endure a lot of pain, at least she thinks so.

What thrills her the most is the mix of anxiety and excitement when doing something thats forbidden or immoral. She is incredibly scared of getting back into the situation she was in when she was younger or something similar, but the danger of this happening addicts her.

Plus, she always worshipped the Divines and begged them to intervene, to free her, but they didn't. That's why her worship turned around completly into hatred, until she discovered that the Divines blessed (or cursed?) her with Dragonblood. That's the first time when she came up with the thought that maybe the Divines cannot intervene, but they need people like her to do so. They blessed her in order to stop the dragons because the Divines cannot interact with the world they created in such a way anymore. At least that's what she thinks now.

Amara wants to accept this task, but she can't get around the fact that nobody ever "saved" her and she still has no one that she can rely on. She realized that not all evil can be stopped and she can't accept this. Why does she have to sacrifice everything, to go through so much? And why can others do whatever they want and get away with it?
Maybe that is the reason she is so thrilled by doing things that are "wrong". She is chosen to save everyone - but she can't save herself. And all this sums up into her latest actions. She started to kill.
She killed Narfi after he tried to rape her.
She killed Greloth because she treated the orphans just like her mother treated her.
She killed a Khajiit that said he raped children.
I can understand her, these people caused a lot of harm, and in addition it were all things that personally touched Amara. But the more she kills, the more she likes it. Being able to beat back.
And lately, she killed a single mother because she had the feeling that this person was not a good mother. Just because of this feeling, she killed her and made her children orphans.

Now what is she? She doesn't want to become one of those that she hates so much. But on the other hand, unconsciously she wants to be the evil instead of the victim. She has joined the Dark Brotherhood. She is shortly before entering the sanctuary for the first time. She is incredibly scared, I mean, her last family caused her so much pain and now she gets a new one that consists only of murderers? But on the other hand, a real family is all she ever wanted. Someone she can trust. And from what she heard, the Dark Brotherhood is such a true family. And its a place where she can freely let out her feelings, her anger, her despair and her real desires.
But there'll be a ton lot of conflict and I don't know if she can accept her new family, it depends on what they do and say. She doesn't know, but maybe she has joined exactly that kind of people that she hates so much.
The feeling of having power over other people instead of the other way round. The thrill of standing on the other side. It's her personal compensation for having to do the god's dirty work I guess.

And I have no idea where she's going to end up. Fighting all evil and become the shiny hero she wanted to become when she was younger, and therefore proving worthy of being chosen by the gods? Or fighting evil with evil? Or completly turn over to the other side?
