Gharol the forge wife, who is not jealous of other smiths, but jealous of Shel, her husband's first wife.

A maternal hunter

Arob, Burguk's Hunts-wife

We are said to be famous

for "The Bloodiest Beef in the Reach", according to Hogni Red-Arm

And do not allow dragons to fly

This is the location for the dragonfly in a jar...

Oh, and by the way, Chief Burguk is one of the brawlers of Skyrim, hence the comment on Frosty's guess about brawlers...
