I'm pretty sure it fits. The axe itself has screaming elves. It does more damage to elves and hence they would fear it. You have to put it in Ysgramors statue to get in to the crypt. And obtain the missing pieces from the silver hands, who hate the Companions, to make it whole.

Correct

Red to Blue - Red flower restores magicka
Below the snowline and beyond hills - Found in these areas
Blue to Red - Blue foower restores health
My first is the smallest - Red flower has the least amount of plants
Purple to Green - Purple flower restores stamina
And last the largest - Purple has the most amount of plants
