This is joking but worth a try:
A mad thalmor agent cast a spell that you get -25% lockpicking. You get mad, leave, and find a barbarian at a castle. He tells you his mom is depressed cause she cast lightning spells and accidently killed her cats. Then they got in a fight and forgot the dog outside. The ghost of Uriel Septim appeared and said to not abuse your pets. And then a random pile of poop.

Lol honestly all i got was a templar agent, -25% lockpick, a lady casting lightning bolts with cats, a ghost of a noble, and the red mountain destroyed. Or the throat of the world during global warming. The cat lady reminds me of oblivion about the lady who loved cats. And then the lady with the rats. Ohh people and their pets.
