Well, I wouldn't have done it if Memfris Elmek hadn't spoken about the abandoned prison (many thanks for that).
I had an epiphany at that moment. Anyways, very good riddle.

Now, let's try to make a riddle of my own:

I am not, unless one speaks my name.
Yet to speak my name,
one must know the rhetorics of time.

My home is where rage made his last stand.
Hidden on a far-away mountain it stands,
ruined by he who follows Ysgramor's heir.

My home is hidden near the shadow.
Behind a door that touches the sky,
where death and treachery sleep hand in hand.

My home is where vengeance leads to eternity's end.
Guarded by death and immortality,
it is not to be reached by mortals.

I haven't got an answer, but I'm pretty sure it refers to the dragon priests.

I am not, unless one speaks my name.
Yet to speak my name,
one must know the rhetorics of time.

Rhetorics of time sounds like a reference to the elder scrolls. However, I believe its simply talking about Dragon Tongue (see below)

My home is where rage made his last stand.
Hidden on a far-away mountain it stands,
ruined by he who follows Ysgramor's heir.

I'm pretty sure this is a reference to Forelhost. Rage is the translation of Rahgot, the dragon priest there, and it also contains Skorn Snow-Strider's journal, who was sent there by King Harald, 13th generation descendent of Ysgramor.

My home is hidden near the shadow.
Behind a door that touches the sky,
where death and treachery sleep hand in hand.

Shadow could be Vokun, another dragon priest, and the door could be a reference to High Gate Ruins.

My home is where vengeance leads to eternity's end.
Guarded by death and immortality,
it is not to be reached by mortals.

This sounds like Svongarde to me... but that seems too obvious somehow, especially as Svongarde can be reached by the living. However, World Eater's Eyrie could serve the purpose, as it is guarded by Vengeance (Nahkriin). The not reached by mortals line could refer to your companions in this case.

OK, so I've got bits and pieces here, but I don't understand, if I'm right, why these three dragon priests and not the rest?

For the same reason I only put eight lines in each stanza of the soundtrack riddle :) Having a riddle that is to long tends to scare people off(but at the same time it makes it easier to solve). That,or there is a connection between them.

Agh,I had the answer formulated in my head but I had to pull another late night shift :x
Anyway,congratulations Qirin!

They are related to it, but they're not the answer

the first paragraph is indeed talking about Dragon Tongue

That's the first home

So that would make it the Skuldafn Temple?

Did you read this part of my post?

That seems to be the most response to what you said.

Oh, for the love of god, Qirin is going to be even less active than some of the other riddlers on here. ;~;

I did read it, but to me, the World Eater's Eyrie was too much in general. By narrowing it down to Skuldafn Temple, the riddle is easier to solve. It was a specific part of the whole I needed.

I think we need to find what ties these together... aside from just being the home of three Dragon Priests.

*** EDIT ***

Sorry guys, I think I'm about to solve it.

The three locations hold three word walls. These are the three words of the Stormcall Shout - Forelhost Stronghold, Highgate Ruins and the Skuldafn Temple.

Sand and butter
A Skull on a bed
I'm the son of a Raven
and soon you'll be dead...

The fire's embrace
A Chisel for Magic
I'm the littlest Fairy
and my life is so tragic...

We live with honor
Well,most of us do...
We're not everlasting
So,do you have a clue...?
This riddle is more for "passing the torch" along and it should be fairly easy :)

Edit : typo

The Silver-Bloods? Ooh, or perhaps the Notched Pickaxe has something to do with it?
