I have been trying to photograph one of the kill cam scenes, but it is diffucult on the xbox as I have to use the tv remote to freeze it on the brief moment. This is the best I have gotten (unfortunately the chaurus went out of shot):

You could try to get a capture card, they can be a bit pricy, but there is really no other way to get good quality images from the console version.

It was Darkfall Passage, one of the many (oh so many!) places in the Auriel's bow quest. There are loads of pretty places in that quest, got a bit snap happy:
