Just discovered this thread and it is ... bittersweet indeed. Clearly I will need to start buying lottery tickets to obtain a rig butch enough to render pictures as glorious as the work you all are doing.

But I am at least inspired, so thanks. 8)

I'm finding this place to be rather...dreary. Mauin, I would look through your spoiler shots but I've barely explored so once I get into the dlc more...

Even though I've been posting all my shots on my tumblr, I thought it'd be a good idea to take some of my favorite shots on here.

Tycane, dueling an undead mage.

Face to face with a dragon.

High Hrothgar, hidden in the snowfall.

Erik prepares to slay.

Peart and Erik look onwards as the dragon descends.

A daedric soldier slaughters guards in Whiterun.

J'zargo, Peart, and Erik after a successful battle.

Full size of my avatar image, Tycane sheathing his sword.

Full body shot of Tycane, in a battle stance.

Best way to spend an evening

There I was, trotting on my merry way across the wilderness, when I spotted a curious squarish object floating in the air, not unlike a grey misshaped snowflake. Soaring up with the use of a spell banned over 200 year ago the mighty console, I discovered that the said object was actually a copy of Ancestors and the Dunmer - where it came from is a mystery lost to the ages.
And yes, the vampires below actually used this battle dialogue in-game.

Great new shots, everybody! Unionhack, you have that eye for heroic poses, but I also like the portrait of J'zargo; quite a sexy tom, that one! :)
Mauin, Dragon Aspect is great, but those dragon sculls in her crotch somehow conjure up images of horrid mutilation in my dirty mind...

Some pre-Dragonborn pics I neglected to post before:
The Briarheart ritual
Flirting at the forge
Cosnach (Dang, isn't that guy handsome? If you'll forgive the horrible clipping of the hood, that is...)
Morning sun on the Whiterun tundra

Dragonborn (haven't got very far yet):

Norroen Dyrd - I like that first pic of Ancarion. I guess it's the Thalmor robes which makes it funny. Thalmor feeding fluffy little birdies XD.

Stuff from Dragonborn. Nothing really spoilery since these were just from random exploring.

And I still don't have any DLC. xD

I took a few close-up shots of my entire team and I'm thrilled with how they came out.

Peart Rho: An old veteran, his lust for revenge sated, fights for a purpose in the world.

Thalen Arturos: A pirate dreams of seeing his young protege become one of the most important people in all of Nirn.

Ralof: A young soldier seeks something greater than mindless slaughter on the battlefield.

Solaste Alturas: A young woman follows the man she loves, the man who saved her life.

Erik the Slayer: A farmer finds himself part of a series of events greater than anything he had ever hoped for.

J'zargo: A student becomes a master, and an indispensable friend to a hero.

Tycane Alturas, Dragonborn: An adventurer finds his destiny thrust upon him by the Nine, the fate of the world on his shoulders.

There's not really all that many spoilers today, so I won't bother putting it under spoilers. They do still contain Dragonborn content, but not that much. The last four might have the most spoilers.

Armor Testing (the last shots of Hunts-With-Fury):
Bonemold Armor
Bonemuld Guard Armor
Bonemold Pauldron Armor
Chitin Light Armor
Chitin Heavy Armor
Nordic Carved Armor (the helmet is really awkward on Argonians)
Stalhrim Heavy Armor
Stalhrim Light Armor

Dragonborn (the beginning, with From-Blackest-Reaches):
The idea was to attack the Cultists before they could see her, but From-Blackest-Reaches suspects that the glow from the Dragon Soul she was absorbing attracted their attention. Why that Dragon had to attack moments before the Cultists is something Blackest shall never understand.
Opening the Door (Bloodskal Barrow)
Hermaeus Mora in Apocrypha
From-Blackest-Reaches was curious, and so she touched the stone. She has no idea what happened. Technically I only did that for two reasons: one, to hear Miraak's little chant; two, to hear if Neloth had anything to say about it. Which he did.
