If you could be any creature from any TES game what would you be? I personally would love to be a Vampire Lord. :)

Sorry, I worded that wrong. I meant to say "If you could transform into any creature from TES in real life what would it be?

Some sort of spider.

Eight appendanges, perpetual horror. Go figure.

Daedric Prince. Didn't even have to think about it. Daedric Prince is where it's at. I'd be a [&@%!] one too.

Dragons are gods, and technically people if you consider their sentience.

I guess it depends on how you define "creature." Technically Men, Elves and Beastpeople are all animals and therefore creatures as well.

I didn't think they were gods.

Are they, though? They're described as a "rarely-seen race of large reptilian beasts often thought to be extinct" and "large flying reptilian creatures", but I've never seen them called "gods." In terms of power, they're certainly intimidating, but they aren't on par with Daedric Princes or even Aedra. I could be wrong, of course.

That really depends on what makes a god. Dragons were worshipped, yes, but does that make them gods? or is it power that makes a god?

Dragons are lesser Aedra. Like how Flame Atronachs, Golden Saints, Scamps etc. are lesser Daedra.

I don't think they are daedra because they are neither daedric princes or daedric servants. Which means they don't serve any daedric lord.

As for them being "gods", I think the only sense in which they would be considered "gods" is when they were worshipped as gods by the ancient
nords. They were worshipped as gods but they are in fact just vary strong and powerful creatures.

As for what makes a god a god. It is clearly the power that makes a god. Not worship. There was a vampire in Morrowind (I don't know his name)that got people to worship him as a god, while in reality he was just a normal vampire.

A Spriggan. They always live in the prettiest places.

Or possibly a Werecrocodile. Wiki tells me it's actually a thing.

A lich, living in a dark cave with a small lake outside.

Aedra and daedra are elven concepts dating from creation, when some spirits helped to create the world (aedra) and others did not. (daedra) As such, it goes on to include those beings which split off from the main spirits, Dragons being an example of these lesser aedra, and the standard loadout of daedric creatures (antronachs, scamps, Clannfear, etc) and people (dremora, Xivilai) are lesser daedra.

The terms literally mean Aedra - ancestor and Daedra - Not our ancestor.

Hell yeah, cliff racer. Flying so high...in the sky...and harassing the crap out of travelers!

Well, living is a somewhat relative concept for undead.

Dzio, I would totally be a Spriggan with you! Imagine being made out of bark...and living in a tree. Fascinating.

My second choice would be a Saber Cat. Because no bandit would stand a chance against my ferocious swipe.

That is the stuff of nightmares.

Really, it's bad enough when I somehow get 15 of the [&@%!] on me. A whole cloud of them? No thanks.

Anyway, I think I'd like to become a Vampire. Mostly out of morbid curiosity. I have several Vampire characters. I can't help but wonder what it's like to be one. Hell, it's rather necessary since I write from their perspective.

Does that mean I'm alone in wanting to be that hawk flying over solitude that apparently nobody can hit with an arrow or magic?

A cliff racer on steroids. A Dovah but not those dragons that can't even take on a single giant. One of those dragons that are smart and actually pose a threat. Or a rabbit as we all know that they are the true threat to Skyrim. :Twisted Evil:
