elder scrolls movie

So what are peoples opinions on an Elder Scrolls movie. Do you think it would be a good idea if they captured and depicted the TES world well enough, or a teribble idea.

And if they did mke a TES movie, would you rather have it be a howl new chapter in the TES universe or be an adaption of one of the games.

I'd rather they do what the novels did and just have it a seperate story in the universe.

As long as it's not centered around any of the games, better to make it original and keep the normal TES heroes relatively silent.
Or even a Historical moment not in any of the games, like the Alessia uprising or a definite resolution to the Skyrim Civil war after the Dovakiin has left for greener pastures

I think a movie about the Great War between Aldmeri and the Imperials would be unbelievably good if it was executed correctly, or a film about the dwemer/chimer that would be good as it would fill in a few holes lore wise and would be interesting to watch.

With the climatic Battle of Red Mountain, where Chimer and Dwemer fight as the Nords jump into the fray...mmm

I would like to see welldone movies about based on the main quests for each game as longs as they had a good story linking all of them.

I think the MQ of Skyrim would be Amazing if done right, (I'd try myslef but can't do cgi dragons...) and Dovahkin was humble, sad and felt he had a duty to fight the Dragons etc. It could be a very sad and moving film.

I'd love a movie about the Great War if done right, and they could do more about Ulfric's capture by the Thalmor, Titus Mede's hard choices, etc. BethSoft could do it, probably, but whether or it could be done RIGHT ...

Game and book based movies are always screwed up. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a disappointment.
