your top 3 TES career characters

3. Orc Pilgrim // Oblivion.
heavy roleplay with this dude, walked everywhere, sat down to eat, ate breakfast, ate dinner, slept at night, read books, sought out lore, played through the knights of the nine questline using only sleeping and mara's... blessing was it? - the once-a-day regen power - for healing. made the mistake of switching out light armor from the pilgrim set for heavy, him being an orc n'all, meaning three of my major skills were endurance skills, so i really messed up the leveling, and by the time the mountain lions turned up my damage was pitiful, and i had to pretty much stop playing. ton of fun up to that point though, i occasionally load him up to root through the books he collected in stacks around his imperial harbor house.

2. Argonian Barbarian // Skyrim
my day one character, could not resist the heavyweight argonian model with the jaw and chin maxed all the way out, awesome looking old school lizardman, plus the 2-handed/pickpocket playstyle that developed just seemed to work, for roleplay and combat, and i didn't misspend any of my points, making this my highest leveled ES character by far, and the only one to assume god-like power, finishing the main quest, the thieves guild, the mages guild, and the stormcloaks. each of his houses is decorated with garish piles of jewels, and a journal-like collection of trophies.

1. Khajit Monk // Oblivion
my third pass at a character in oblivion, only took quests from inns, avoided cities, except to flog off dungeon loot to pay for training, moved around the world from one trainer to the next till the major skills were maxed. acrobatics was first to hit 100, i used to bound everywhere, and jump to the top of those stone tower ruins at every opportunity, especially in a fight, where i could rain down arrows. after one such climb, i found an amulet with +15 acrobatics (if I remember right) sitting at the highest point, boosting my skill to 115. closest thing he had to a home was the bed at that inn with the amazing view. happy days.

1. Male Argonian Necromancer - Huzei
2. Female Bosmer Druid - Hylin
3. Female Nord Priestess - Aedi

Huzei has been my longest played character, reaching the ripe age of level 57. A mix of my favourite race adn favourite class, this cold and calculating Argonian won't hold back, turning allies against each other with illusion, raising his dead enemies in his servitude and slitting the throat of anyone who dares cross him, Huzei seems as cold as the corpses who follow him, but he will fiercly defend any Argonian he finds in peril. Hatefull of the Dunmer, he loves raising them in his servitude, so the Dunmer can experience the pain felt by Argonian slaves when kept by their dunmer masters.

Hylin I would describe as a near opposite of Huzei in terms of views on the world. A druid of Hircine and Kynareth, she calls on the schools of Alteration, Restoration, a little buit of Conjuration and even some lightning magic to defend the forests she loves so much. She also specialises in Archery, Axes, Shields and Light Armour, and can even call on the spirit of her chosen gods, transforming into a creature of the night, a werewolf. Easily my most diversified character, Hylin is probably my most roleplayed character

Aedi was a tough choice as third, but her unique playstyle provided me with so much fun. A priestess of Mara, she is a master of the Restoration school, only knowing a few basic fire spells to ward off undead. Dabbling in Conjuration, Illusion and Aalteration, Aedi could be classified as a mage, but she plays so differently. Relying on followers to do damage and healing them when needed, Aedi really let me appreciate the usefullness of followers, and I started forming bonds with them, and when he loyal friend Lydia died defending civilians against an attacking dragon, Aedi took it upon herself to end the threat if Alduin, with a bit of help from some friends.

All three of these character shave been played many time, being recreated in Skyrim, Oblivion and Morrowind with varying degrees of success. Obviously I favour magic a little bit. I have so many more great characters but these three take the cake.
