Hey i have run this and it says i pass the minimam requirements, but i would like a human opinion on whether its worth me getting it for pc, i would also be planning to record this for my youtube channel, which is why im considering it for pc in the first place.

Laptop Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5 M460
CPU Speed: 2.53 Ghz
Ram: 3.9
Windows 7
Video Card: NVidea GeForce GT 420M
Sound Card: NVidea HD Audio

Thanks :)

plz can you guys help me out?

I would say you will be fine on med/med-high settings and able to record ok. But you are on a laptop and I know nothing about them. I just simply refuse to game on a laptop, so mine is just a lil ol weak one with no chance of even thinking of running a game lol.

lol thanks i thought it would work but i dont trust that 'can you run it' programs all that much

Bah, just what I figured. I pass the minimum, but don't meet the recommended. Seems that it's just my card that isn't up to snuff, though, since I know for a fact the rest of my computer meets the recommended specs posted by Bethesda. GTX 460, here I come...

Same here, I blow the minimum requirements out of the water, but due to my GPU, I end up failing the recommended. Even though the GTS 450 is merely one step below the GTX 260

'Can You Run It' told me I didn't meet Fallout 3's minimum specs, yet I run it on high with no problems.

I'm not saying I'm completely dismissing the 'Fail' I got for Skyrim, just that I'm not going to despair because of what this site tells me. I'm pretty confident about running it low-med, or med based on what several people have told me. Besides, I'm upgrading my RAM to 8GB, so that will further help my prospects of at least running the game...

Yeah, it's not very trustworthy IMO
It said I blew the recomended away specs for GTA 4 and I have to play it on minimum with lag issues...

Hm, the website tells me I should download something. Dare I trust it?

Ugh, attempt number two... I could easily run the game on medium/high with my current card (GeForce GTS 250), but I refuse to play Skyrim on anything less than ultra. I ordered a GeForce GTX 460 last night for $170, which I didn't think was too bad. I did just notice something odd, though. The core clock/shader clock values for the 460 are lower than my current card (1350MHz/675MHz vs. 1836MHz/738MHz), although the values listed on Newegg for the EVGA card I picked out are 1440MHz and 720MHz, so I'm wondering if that means it's been factory overclocked. Then again, most of the cards on Newegg have higher clock speeds than what's listed on Nvidia's site, so I don't know. I only know higher numbers are generally better. And most of the reviews for that card were positive; there was just a DoA complaint or two.
