ESO Release Skype Party!

With the release of Elder Scrolls Online just around the corner, it's time for another Skype party!
You don't have to get the game or anything, and we're almost certainly not going to be chatting about the game the whole time - it's just a fun community event.

For those of you who haven't used Skype, it's a program that you download to your computer for free. Generally it works like a big conference call (video in the free version is only for 1-on-1), with everyone talking at once, and you can also just use text chat in these conversations if you can't/don't want to use a mic. All you need is to download it and create an account - you can create a non-personal one just for use with UESP, for example, if you don't want everyone knowing your personal one. (That's what I've done.)

So, who would be interested in this? What day/time would you want it - would you want it before/on early access (Sunday the 30th is when it starts), or the actual release date? Both? Anyone want to volunteer to host it?

What the hey, I don't use Skype often enough. Count me in (maybe, my currently busy life permitting). If I can join in, I'll be there. If not... Alarra will weep great big sad tears for us all.

Note that I can't host due to my uncertainty of even being there. If left to run all day though, as said above, I'll pop in when I can.

As for the Skype call, I am interested, but only if I'm actually getting the game for release, which isn't really decided yet.

My Skype name is baratrongirl, but to be quite honest, I'm just going to be playing for the first five days . I might have slowed down enough to be able to spare 15 minutes to talk by the time the main release comes around.

You can still play, even fullscreen, with Skype in the background! I did so myself during the last beta, ran around in Cyrodiil while talking on Skype. Works great. It just has a small box in the top corner of your screen with who's currently talking.

Oh, I am fully aware that it is *possible* for a person to play the game with Skype in the background. But that depends on whether you want to hear me saying all the bad words in the world and then some. Games make me sweary .
