Come one and come all to the General Discussion thread! In the tradition of the UESP forums, this thread is a place to take discussion that just doesn't fit anywhere else on the forum. It has no real topic other than your current whims and pleasures - you know, the general discussion stuff! Please make sure actual discussions go to their appropriate threads in their appropriate subforums.

That said, it should be noted that this thread is not a free for all. While we are a little more lax in this thread, the rules of the forum still apply. If you do not comply, you will be warned. Remember: three warnings and you're out of here.

Additionally, please do not discuss any details of The Elder Scrolls games in this thread. We are a TES forum, and each game has a subforum as well as its own general discussion thread in the TES General subforum. Please take any discussions about the game to their appropriate thread.

Besides, we used to lock them and archive them after 1000 posts anyway. There's nothing wrong with a little cleaning once in a while. And all things started by me are beautiful and wonderful, of course.

Interesting fact, mine own nation of Canada has never, ever had a Battleship weight ship in our navy. Never. Only one Cruiser, too. The biggest of our ships were the big, mean heavy destroyer weight Tribal class. Beauty of a ship, beauty. Canada's most decorated ship, the Haida, WW2 honours Normandy, Channel, Murmansk and North Atlantic, is moored just southwest of me... Well, two hours. But still, in Hamilton. Lotta guns on a little ship, relatively speaking.

The United States has the largest Aircraft Carrier fleet in the world. More than all of the other navies combined.
