Has anyone on these great forums of ours suffered from a disappearing act? That is, have you posted something only to have it vanish moments later?

Please let us know. This could be some sort of glitch.

This has happened before. Usually it is due to site maint/updates. Sometimes it can affect the Forums.

When this has happened previously, we found that someone was posting right about the time that DaveH was doing Server Maint, or making Server updates. I could still be something else, so I would recommend checking with DaveH, or another admin, and see if this was the case. If it was not, then it may be something different. Either way, it would be good to mention it to DaveH or one of the other Admins so they could check into it.
