Btw, has anybody yet seen Erased? I hear quite a few ppl mention it, most notably on youtube when promoting Crunchroll.com

I haven't watched that, but I'm about to start rewatching Cowboy Bebop since it's been about 10 years since I watched it through and I remember basically nothing.

Also about to see what the fuss is about concerning Evangelion.

Oh, and everyone watch Last Exile pls.

I have seen episode one of Psycho Pass and it is excellent. Naturally, i am forced against my will to buy it at some point.

Watching the Claymore series atm and it is excellent imo. Ok, it is action heavy but i can tell it's a good adaption. The dialogue could put people off but i would recommend it.

Seen Girl Who Leapt Through Time and it is excellent.

Also seen the Devil May Cry animated series. It's Devil May Cry. Unlike that reboot that crapped all over my memories of the franchise.

If you get the chance, watch te Evangelion Rebuild series, it makes alot of improvements where the original lacked. In my recommendation, watch the otiginal first then the remake, its harder to do it in reverse order plus it just means more anime

As per Psycho Pass, a bloody good anime. Season 1 was soooo good. Dov, if you want I'm sure hulu or crunchy roll support it. Idk if its free on funimation

I have limited data and don't get hulu over here. I think. But i do intend on getting the season 1 collection later this year.

Is Highschool of the Dead any good? Apart from the in your face fanservice. Not that i would buy it just for that. *shifty eyes*

HSotD is... okay, I guess? The fanservice is kind of in the 'so bad it's good' kinda category, I suppose. In any case, there's better stuff to watch. All of you should watch the Persona 4/Persona 4 Golden animes and the Persona 3 movies so I have someone else to freak out about Persona with.

I need to watch Ghost in the Shell: Arise and the 2015 film at some point. I have no idea what they're like in terms of quality or if I can trust what other people say about them in terms of quality, because people liked the 1995 film and I hated it.

Arise is actually good an I was rather impressed. Granted I only saw the first few episodes since they were free on funimation. Idk how the dub is tho

Hey, can anyone tell me the best animes on Canadian Netflix? I've seen Fruits Basket, Ouran, Sword Art Online and am currently watching FMA: Brotherhood. I'm looking for a good show to start once I'm done.

Ya, Last Exile is great. I'm pretty certain earlier posts in this thread will give you some clues of what to watch >_> most should be available on crunchroll. Funimation is also an option, tho whether paying for full access is worth it is up to you

It may also help a bit if I point you towards an anime reviewer named Arkada. Not only would he have a large list of shows worth a mention, but hes also bound to Canadian restrictions n gives ample info for legal streaming per show so that's always helpful. I'm not saying you should see his reviews as pure truth, very much I encourage you to have your own opinion >_> but I've always found it helpful for bringing my attention to certain shows that passed under my radar hell if not for him, I never would of discoverrd one of my favorite shows called Mushishi(seriously, so good)

Thanks so much, I'll definitely check him out! I looked a bit into the posts, but I didn't want to check every show to see if it's available (yes, I'm that lazy). Is Crunchyroll free? If so, I'll be sure to check that out as well.

Unfortunately Crunchyroll is not free, but if you're in the market for JUST anime, it might be worth cancelling Netflix and getting CR instead.

Unfortunately as a 15 yr old with no job, that won't be happening. I'll try my best with Netflix and see what I can find. Thanks anyway for everyone's help!

So.. has anybody ever seen a short, amv, or trailer that was so awesome that you just had to see the anime itself.. only to find out you were mislead n find out its not really a show.. Well that just happened to me with this ;-; And oh how I wished this was a real anime, it just.. is so dark n lovely. Why you do dis to me Japan X( Excuse me while I go cry in a corner over this loss
