That's because you're taking them seriously, which is the worst thing you can do with them.

That randomizer thing was interesting. I received War Crime and Punishment and Soldier milestone 2.. playing as an Engineer.

What is even funner then that: Spy, Cloak And Dagger, Sticky Bomb Launcher, Spycicle, Rocket Jumper.

So much rage from the enemy team. :D

Using a minigun as a scout was great fun I must say.

Try them all. See what works best for you.

Most classes are easier to play than people let on, but I'd give the Scout and Sniper a wide berth unless you're used to the fast-paced and unrealistic gameplay of shooters like TF2.

Ahh, Pyro. A fine choice. But remember, don't charge people head on; you'll die. Try to surprise enemies from behind. Right click to reflect rockets and extinguish teammates.

The guy's only a beginner, let him W+M1 for a bit.

Yeah, after having a good run with schklim today I'm not acting like a proper Pyro player.

Okay, guys, I've actually acquired Team Fortress 2 now. Give me a few days to get going and then...we'll see.

Curiously enough, my favorite class so far has been the Sniper, and I've honestly never done much with shooters prior to this.

My new favorite class is the scout. Another source mod I've been playing (Battlegrounds 2) has gotten my accuracy back up and with the scout I have a lot of fun jumping around with the soda popper and delivering mini-crits of death close quarters to enemy heavies

Okay....I HATE SPIES. I can't stand them. They take probably the least amount of skill to use. All you do is go invisible walk behind someone, click a button and run. There's no way to tell if they're on your team or the enemy team either!

Try playing before making those assumptions. Being a good spy's no piece of cake.

People always jump to assumptions about the classes they don't play. Hence why most people think a Pyro could be played by binding move forward and fire to the same... Well that one's actually true but you get where I'm coming from. People who haven't tried to play the Soldier properly always think it's a noob class as well.

I'd say there really is no noob class. There's just the n00b way and the 1337 way to play.

Buy a key and uncrate a crate. Don't buy weapons or items, that's a waste of money.

A key costs $2 so you probably won't be able to get more than one with that gift card.

If you stick to the game, you'll eventually play as every class.

But seriously, don't buy a weapon. You'll get them in drops sooner or later. Get a hat or something.
