Recently the Mega Millions jackpot was over 400 Million Dollars. ONE person won it.
If you won a similar prize, what are the first 3 things you would do with the money. (only the 1st three)

My answers:

1. Hire an Accountant and Financial Advisor
2. Go on a very long Cruise to figure out what I am going to do with all this loot. (this would most likely be with everyone I love, all expenses paid of course)
3. Order a custom Bentley
8)

I'd get the [&@%!] away from these niggas.
Get the [&@%!] away from these hoes.

First thing I'd do is buy a Nissan Skyline GT-R.
Everything else is secondary

1. Buy Hat a Nissan Skyline GT-R.
2. Build a ramp with the rest of the money.
3. Get in with Hat.
4. Floor it.
5. Break on through to the other side.

Make sure I can live comfortably but not in excess, doing whatever work I like doing, and give the rest away for good things.

A no-brainer if you ask me.

What are the first three things I would do?
1. Buy a HD Television and PS4.
2. Pay off the mortgage on my Parent's house and other bills.
3. Get my own place and invite certain people to live there. It is something we're planning to do after college anyway.

I would still want to finish college, I want to learn about what I am studying. Then I would retire, give some money to charity and people I know and like. I would try not to go crazy with it, plenty of people win the lottery just to go bankrupt within a few years. All in all it would help me survive until I can use technology to become immortal, that's the real end goal.

1: Sit on it.
2: Make it work for me.
3: Horde the money that the previous 400M got me.

I believe I said 3 things!!! Because that is why it is harder to answer. Requires (maybe) serious prioritizing.

'Nother one a them ferum games.

1. Bribe Todd Howard into giving me the skinny on Fallout 4 development. Maybe add me on for a little freelance consultant work: write a few lines of quest dialogue, etc.. Make a mark on my favorite game series.
2. Start up a microbrewery (free samples for life).
3. Buy a fixer-upper castle somewhere in the Eurozone. Preferably in an area where a few of the locals know English. Check that; my butler can deal with the local yokels. Turn that puppy into my own personal Xanadu.

Skyline Gtr? Hahahahahah, kids. If you sucseede buying a skyline gtr r34 with a nismo sr26dett engine, respect to you. Nobody who ownes wants to sell that car. I met a russian rich boy in italy, that owned one of th original 500, he does not even alow anybody to sit in that car, except him, just one seat. Nismo specs Sr26DEtt can pump over 1300whp and about 1,5KN of torque without nitrous and cement, from pure boost and 105 racefuel. Get your self together kids, that is definetly not for you, and it is not alowed to be driven in most countries of the world, its not streetlegal.
Get a new version.

1. Sort out my financial issues and give my friends and family some of the money.
2. Give a third of the money to charity, to children in need.
3. Buy stuff like a new guitar, a new computer, a new amp and more Magic cards and probably also a great amount of records...

I was referring an r35.
I'm not understanding the point of this post.

400 Million? Wow.

1. I would make the UESP party happen.
2. I would invest it and live off of the interest, or some such.
3. Large homes and nice cars for me and my friends.

I was glorifying the skyline gtr r34 for the fact that it is the best performance car in the world. Scratch that, in history of mankind.

With 400m you would buy a r35 that has a gps limiter, and do not alowes you to flor the s.o.b. on the road. Yes it slows the car down when you step on the trothlle. And the whole world is maped almost. You can drive it on the race track with no limit, and can not have the power output of a r34.
Yes it looks like a box, and is kind of big, and yes its ugly, and does not fit in any of styles that are apealing to the eye, its not designed by the "pininfarina" or "italdesign" that made fine lines of lamborgihinis and ferraris, but dude or sister what ever you are, why not buy r34, its an icon, legend, god of cars, and can only be persued or caught by a fighter jet plane? That car, can outrun any car or bike in this world.

1. Bomb the Russians
2. Bomb the Chinese
3. Bomb the Russians

But in all seriousness, my actual list would probably be:

1. Live comfortably in a medium-sized or small house in a forest or some other beautiful area, not too far from a major city. Living comfortably encompasses some minor personal luxuries, but to be honest I don't want much expensive stuff.
2. Help out family with long-standing bills/debts, without giving a constant flow of money and having them freeload. Pay it off once, and don't help them out more. Also, probably use some to pay off some personal debts.
3. Keep 80% of the leftover money in a savings account that collects interest over time. When I reach retirement, use that money to found a nonprofit organization doing similar work to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, except focusing on less entirely stupid [&@%!] (Yeah Mr. Gates, there are better things to put your efforts into than a futuristic toilet).

Oh, and that other 20% will stay in a separate savings account, acting as a safety net of sorts.

A stock r34 isnt gonna outrun anything. It's a great car, but the r34 you were referring too was a car that obviously had tens of thousands of dollars worth of work. Without that, its a 2.6 litre v6 ( RB26DETT, not an sr26dett. And if the sr26 is what was in that particular car, he did an engine swap, btw) with twin turbos, putting out 280 bhp on awd. Which is great, but no more powerful then a stock evo. Plus its rather heavy for a sports car, stock. Again, the car you referred to must have thousands of dollars worth of work done to it.

The price of a r35 and the r34 you made reference too is probably close to equal. But as you said, its not street legal, so its strictly a track car...

I love the skyline series, so I'm not disagreeing with the lust for an r34, for it IS a classic. But the best performance car in the world? or history of mankind? Come on, thats fanboy talk, not a car-guy talk.

But an r35 is what I want right now, I don't care if it has its flaws, every car does.

And not for 400m, but for 100k, its a monster that on the street in everday life, is going to win 9 out of 10 races, if not 10/10.
It will beat the new c7 vette stock which costs 57g sticker, without options, which is probably the fastest car out right now under 100k.

Point being, for around 100-110k, an r35 beats, or at the very least keeps up with 200-300-400k ferraris, lambos, and whatever other supercar for a quarter of the price.

For the record, dude is correct, I'm not a kid, I've got my car [&@%!] together, and a skyline r35, or a r34 1300 hp on 105 race fuel IS for me.
If your as knowledgeable about these sorta cars as you are trying to portray, me and you will get along just fine.

If you just trying to one up someone because you think you know it all because you had an experience where you "met some russian rich boy from italy"...maybe not.

As said before, theres always a faster car. But your talkin about a drag/track car....there are tracks cars all over the world that will beat whatever anyone has in their garage for a daily driver guy lol.

Stock r35 > Stock r34, 10/10 times.

Let's continue the car conversation in the General Discussion thread so that this one doesn't get too off-topic. ;)

With $400 million, I would:
1. Buy a better car. I don't know what kind, but something nice and new.
2. Get a house and the things I'd need for it, 'cause I'm at the "moving out" stage of life (will do it once I have a job and have made some money), so if I had money like this, might as well be a house and some land instead of just an apartment.
3. A vacation, perhaps?
