We don't need the Ayes. We already decided on it. (A job title change not a demotion. ) As long as everyone gives their word not to change it without discussion, thus causing upset to the part-time chef, then there's no reason that we can't change it back to Leroy being Chief Engineer and me being Head of Scientific Research or whatever it was.

As a side note: why are you so mean? Is there a glitch in your programme? I can practically hear the joy in your text at the prospect of demoting me.

I'm playing hardball now. I now want the title of 'Commander.'

It doesn't necessarily need to be a commanders rank but folks must refer to me either as Number 1 or Commander Brown. Unless we get a ships councilor who becomes more familiar with me and wants to occasionally call me by my first name to get through to me.

Also in regards the AI situation, if need be we could replace our one relatively advanced AI with several, less resource intensive, simpler AIs.

Service Update

We are currently 14.833% to the destination of the Trappist-1 Quadrant, with very little interruption or alterations upon our trajectory and all systems under optimal performance

Speaking of which, my friend IC-211 will be sending us a resupply probe through slipspace near the Fyrf System, with some much requested resources by yours personally We will drop into sub-slipspace for the pick-up before resuming back to our original destination.

Calculations predict that the time for this resupply are within acceptable levels and will resume back to our optimal speed in less than an hour.
