I can say the same in regards to me saying 'yall' or folks, even if m8 is just a much better alternative

Which is funny, bc I use [&@%!] alot more than I do m8 IRL :wat: Not saying I don't use either.. I use them alot.. Just saying there is a noticeable gap between the two

(I've got [&@%!] problems)

I agree with Kestral. Kanye is a visionary.

I like how Aarah just skipped through that whole Kanye West speech.

I definitely use 'yall' all the time but not 'folks.' The way I post on the internet is fairly close to how I talk (I think) but when I text wall that's usually pretty different from how I talk.

EDIT: Oh and Mars you too are an [&@%!]. That being said I actually have Kanye's cd's (I;m like the last of the mohicans when it comes to buying cds) but he's not like some prodigy and his fandom is often like weezys.

What my brain cannot fathom, it skips over.

Also: Cool, now we know what leroy looks like.

I definitely don't say yall, not noticed Beta or leroy saying it on here too often.
I notice Kerr and Velvet saying 'yous'.
I more often say 'you lot'.

Gotta say, I fall in the pro-Kanye camp. Or as Leroy calls them "[&@%!]."

That's because we're Irish and we can't stop doing it, it's a mannerism I've had my entire life. 'Yous' just is the plural of you here, I use it every day. Gotta admit though, Velvet had the rather smart idea for his new Cyberpunk RP to have the handler NPC be from Northern Ireland so all those 'yous' will be authentic.

I do use 'folks' and 'y'all' in person but I use them way more online.

As a dude who wants to get into production and sound mixing, Kanye should be my god. I should literally be worshipping the ground he walks on. He is uncontestedly one of the best producers to come out of the last decade or so. I put him up there with Damon Albarn, Pete Rock, Pharrell Williams, and Jeff Bhasker.

I've also heard a lot of good stories. I don't wanna be that whole "the media sucks" guy because I'm a huge fan of investigative journalism, but the paparazzi and celebrity tabloid industries are VERY different from that. The dude can make an ass of himself in interviews sometimes, but I can guarantee that Kanye is a better dude than he is colored as in the inquirer.

Plus he doesn't beat his wife. Still not sure why Chris Brown is walking free right now.

But yeah. The dude is not one of my heroes, but honestly he probably should be. Not only can he produce his own tunes (and has demonstrated insane public understanding in doing so), he is behind more top 100 hits than most people know. It's seriously impressive to look at his discography and accreditations.

People say this in the northern US.

Admission is the first step to recovery.

I do want to reiterate what I said earlier though that I am a fan for sure I just don't think he's like the best ever.

Yeah, yall, yous, and you lot, were all variations on the plural of you.
I wouldn't want you to stop doing it. (Not sure if my previous post sounded like I was correcting you?)
I like the fact that people put their everyday mannerisms and dialect into text. It's much more interesting than everyone sounding the same.

Read up on the death of his mom and the production of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy and I think it might do it

My truck is so busted at this point I hate to spend money on it but I kinda have to. I want to fix whatever it is that's causing the throttle surge but I have to fix the battery terminals unless I want to be stranded somewhere. Also gonna have to drop like $300 on new tires soon.

Oh yeah and I gotta do a coolant flush today in direct sunlight. Will be nasty sweaty work but hey at least the tan will darken. My skin can range from pale white to dark tan. My quick guess is this is because of my Italian/English/German bloodline.

^ Heh, I wish I could tan. Being a redhead means I go straight from "freckle" to "burn".

That reminds me that I've got to start thinking of tires soon too. They're about due, I think - I've had the car for 30k miles - and I seem to have a slow leak in one.

I'm not pale but I have sensitive skin so I typically burn too. Means I have to tan gradually, which isn't too hard living in Dubai.

I can't really remember if I tan well or not.
I never go out in the sun for any significant amount of time.

I am also a pale boy. When band camp would roll around my lower legs would be color-coded by section. White-as-snow foot, golden crisp ankle, "Oh god we better get chemo for the melanoma ready" red on the foreleg.

I'm British and therefore deathly allergic to sun. Oh, not the yellow orb in the sky but the trashy paper. Don't ask me how i found it out.

.....

It's a wordplay joke.

I don't tan nor do I burn. Granted, i rarely stay outside long enough for fried Dovah to occur. I don't wear shorts because my legs are quite hairy and rather not end up with combusting legs. Or i rather not expse the world to the sights of my hairy legs.

Not like the UK has to worry about the sun overly much if it's raining 98% of the time.

I think Britain being synonymous with rain is more outdated nowadays, as we really don't get that much rain.
If I had to guess I'd say it only rains around 50% of the time.

Edit: I actually just looked it up, and according to the Met Office, over the last 30 years it has only rained 29% of the year on average.
So not much at all!
(That stat is maybe for London).

Question, what's the forecast on there being any rain or light shower? If it's no less than two days, our point is proven

Sat and Sun say partly cloudy.

I don't really mind rain, so I probably notice it less. I notice when there's been more than three consecutive days of full sun though. :P
