^That's from the tv series of Batman. There were three (I think) series, but the first two are the best, imo, because they introduced Batgirl in the third and she wasn't as good (and meant less Batman and Robin moments).

The show is basically the only reason The Riddler ever became a popular Batman villain (and thank god he did.) The Adam West series has a real campy charm to it, I don't see how people could dislike it. It was sad to hear about his passing but at the same time, he lived a really full life.

Adam West and Frank Gorshin getting kicked out of an orgy for staying in character as Batman and The Riddler is my favorite story about the show.

Oh also cause we're talking Batman, I think Alexis Taylor as The Joker from Hot Chip's "Ready For The Floor" music video is a really good design. I didn't think glasses would suit The Joker but he looks great.

Yup yup, Mars would make a good Holt. Beta, despite his love of food, is the most Jake-like of everyone here, I think. And you? Hmm... I don't know. Who would you like to be?

Also because then Beta could recreate:

"Thanks Mom... Why is everyone starting at me?"
"You just called Mars mom, you said thanks mom."
"What? No, I didn't. I said thanks, man."
"Do you see me as a mother figure, Beta?"
"No, if anything, I see you as a bother figure, 'cause you're always bothering me."
"Hey! Show your mother some respect!"

@Kerr
Did you see John Astin's Riddler, also on the series? It's amazing how he and Frank Gorshin played the same character but they both took such a different approach to him. Gorshin's is a lot more maniacal; he really relishes the role.

Similarly for Catwoman, Eartha Kitt's version didn't do it for me. Julie Newmar was on form.

Ha, I hadn't heard that Adam West story.

Yep, no-one but Beta could be Jake:

You needn't watch all of it.

@Aarah (B99 post): I could totally imagine you as Boyle.

I don't know who I'd be. I guess I'm most like Amy, out of everyone. But yeah, a mix of a few people would probably be best.

@Kerr: Yes, exactly.

Oh, I completely forgot about him. Which either means 1) I need to watch more Adam West Batman or 2) Frank Gorshin was that good in the role that he overshadows him. Or both. I should probably watch The Animated Series and play the Arkham game though, I've only played Aslyum and City.

Batman Forever is a good film, I love Kiss From a Rose, Carey is great as The Riddler, I like Robin being in a film, it's much better than both of the Burton films and it has the best line delivery in the entire franchise:

Yeah, likely both. I think he only appeared a couple of times as The Riddler, so unless you've seen all the episodes, you would have most likely missed him/forgotten him.

I've never seen the animated series, but I take it it's good?
Just played the one game (City).

I remember I was mocked in here, I think it was last year, for saying that Batman Forever was my favourite Batman film, but it's a good one, isn't it!
Val Kilmer= Best Batman

Tv's Batman would respond to that predicament in your clip, with this:

(I also agree that having Robin in Batman films is a good thing. I haven't seen any of the newer movies but I probably would if they had Robin in it.)

I will watch ALL of it

Also, some folk would take this as a mark against their character. Me? More like a badge of honor :D. Jake me up!

(Also, very random comment. But I've had a close relative to Terry Crews as a patient before. No joke. We even found proof!)

And Cassandra, what are you talking about? No one but Beta could be Jake? I could be Jake!

No. More like photographical proof from a family gathering. And definitely not a sibling

I'm curious with your wording of 'we found proof.
A picture in a wallet is the only photographical proof I can guess that you might find.
There's photos on a phone, but you wouldn't find that unless you were looking through it.

Also, I'm not pursuing this because I'm trying to find out more info, I'm just enjoying verbalising my inner detective thoughts. :)

Basically, what happened was the patient kept mentioning(not bragging mind ya) that they were related to him. Okay okay, the NA sort of passed it off, bc really, most things patients say you take with a grain of salt(So many ppl claiming they're the president or such  )

But ya, after a while the NA ended up looking online, went through Terry Crew's immediate known relatives, and not only was the patient listed.. But there was photos online between his mother and the patient at said gathering(not to mention, the patient did carry photos on the phone too if you asked)

But ya, for once, a patient claiming some relation/connection to a famous person actually turned out true

Btw no, the only reason medical staff would have to go through a patient's personal belongings would be for ID, insurance card, potential drugs/weapons/hazards, and if need be.. Securing their money or other sensitive materials(credit cards, jewelry, meds, ect) if the patient is incapacitated and locking it in a locker for added security

Ah, there was a computer involved. That helps things.

Yeah, I figured you wouldn't go through a patient's things unless you needed to look for relevant items (like identity or ICE number).

Have you ever directly come across someone famous?

It's a shame because all the episodes used to be available on Youtube, but last year(?) they brought them all out on DVD and all the episodes got disgracefully removed from Youtube.

I've met one of my favorite wrestlers at the airport, Daniel Bryan. It was very random. I was going to pick my brother up and I just see him walking around. It was great. Who would I like to meet? Jared Leto <3

My dad once sat down next to Rick Mercer at an airport. Had no bloody idea who he was. After some people walked up for signatures/pictures, he just...bluntly asked him who he was.

About the closest I've ever come to a celebrity. Yep.

Who would I want to meet? I dunno. I don't really have any celebrity crushes. Think I'd want to make a point in the meeting. Meet Justin Trudeau, tell him my thoughts on some policies and crap, and tell him he's gorgeous. I'd... ...really, I think all I'd do is give certain politicians a piece of my mind (whether positive or negative [both]). But I mean, that's a whole 'nother discussion, wot this ain't the place for.

Oh. I'd meet Charles Martinet, and ask him to do a Paarthurnax voice for me, because every [&@%!] and their clarinet teacher asks him for MARIO, MARIO, LUIGI, MARIO, DO MARIO, GIVE ME A WARIO IMPRESSION, DO MARIO, MARIO.

I swear this post didn't used to say this.

Anywho, I think that I'd want to meet Sir Patrick Stewart. Or Gates McFadden. Or Neil Patrick Harris. Or Kim Namjoon ('cause he speaks English). Or just anyone from Firefly (but not Jewel Staite. I saw her Q&A at FanExpo and was severely disappointed).

ninja'd, and thanks for the reminder, Baloth. I'd want to meet Vic Mignogna so that I could hear Ed's voice IRL. <3 Oh, how beautiful that would be.

Chris Avellone. I may have changed a lot since I was 17, but I love that man just as much as I did back then. He was a writer/designer at Black Isle and Obsidian on so many games I love, Planescape: Torment, Fallout 2, Fallout: New Vegas and 3 of it's DLCs, Alpha Protocol, Neverwinter Night 2: Mask of the Betrayer, KOTOR 2, Pillars of Eternity. I'm playing Prey at the moment which he also worked on. And anytime I see him in interviews or whatever he seems like a pretty cool guy.

Introducing AMC's new show that isn't a rip off of a similar show on another channel, "This Week Today with Baloth-Kul" where Baloth tackles important political questions like:

"FMK: Justin Trudeau, Jeremy Corbyn, Barack Obama?"

You've never watched it- oh but you must! I don't know if you're a fan of hammy 60s action shows, but Batman is hilarious. It's so bad that's it's good (at least, I think so.)
It's filled with ridiculous moments like this:
Hidden:

I mean to say I never got into it, not that I haven't physically watched it. I actually meant to reply to this yesterday but I spent like 30min trying to find a particular video of the penguin. I don't remember the episode but I remember seeing the penguin walking down the street with a (60s version of futuristic) vacuum cleaner. I believe he was singing a little tune at the same time. It was pretty awesome I'll have to admit.

I have seen other episodes as well. It's just that for me a lot of the '60s hamminess' is too much. I'm more of a corny 90s guy myself.

Regarding meeting a famous person: I dunno. Maybe Russell Brand. The guy reminds me of me so much it's weird but he's a bit further along in life (I don't mean job/money) and he may have some pearls of wisdom for me.
