Obtaining Daggerfall

Is it still possible to get a new copy of Daggerfall anywhere? I've seen used copies on eBay but I have this thing with used games. I don't trust people who sell used games. Is there a store or service by bethesda that still offers it?

I wonder why Bethesda won't release it like they did Arena?
