I was in a dungeon doing a quest for the Mages Guild, when I came across a locked door. When I clicked on the door the message ''This house has nothing of value'' appeared. This is the only message that appears when I interact with the door. I cannot attempt to pick the lock, use an unlock spell or break through the door. Is there actually a room behind this door or is it just a texture in a weird place? Never had this happen before.

Those appear sometimes, I think when the game neglects to attach the door to another dungeon block or destination. Just ignore it. If you voidwalk you'll see nothing beyond it. it's the same text as the pointless hoses that help populate towns.
