As of recent i have noticed a quest given by the dark brotherhood in that you are asked "The brotherhood of______ has asked me to visit______ and pay a visit to the knights living there." Thats the journal entry and the quest giver says the king of way rest is attempting to set dark brotherhood houses on fire. Anyways when i get to the exact building and go in no one is there, so i loiter a bit but still no knights

On a side note, out of the millions of topics i found about daggerfall and even about the dark brotherhood and their missions (even here http://m.uesp.net/wiki/Daggerfall:Dark_Brotherhood) none of which say the mission even exists

Do you have any unofficial quest packs? You might have installed some by using the DaggerfallSetup installer.

Only patches/ect are the ones from the installer
