Hi

I have received a letter from a woman with fierce eyes or something like that. The problem is that I can't find it from my inventory. I have tried to load the previous save for couple of times but it never appears.

I know it isn't from Helseth, since I have already comleted his quest, and I'm at level 12. I have tried to talk with nobles in Daggerfall Sentinel and Wayrest but non of them seem to have a quest for me.

Does anyone know how to fix a bug like this?

Also, I have done the quest from prince Lhotun, I found the letter from a dungeon and delivered it to him but the quest is still listed on my journal and I haven't received the quest for Wayrest Painting. I'm starting to fear that this quest has bugged or something.
