I just got a quest from the Fighter's Guild in Daggerfall, and being new to the game, I talked to the questgiver again to see if he'd tell me the location. Just wanted to know in case I ever forgot (speaking of which, is there a quest log? I haven't seen one in this game.) Anyway, I clicked "Get quest", and instead of talking about my current quest, he said something along the lines of "I trust you had no trouble? Here's your 143 gold." I was confused so... I tried it again. And again. Same thing over and over.

I'm not going to take advantage of this (the point of doing quests to me is to advance your character and find some loot, not the paltry reward from the guild), but I just want to know if this is well known, or even happens to other people. Anyone wanna try it out?

Nah, loaded up the game to show a friend, and couldn't get it to work again. After the glitch happened I saved to a different file, and tried it with both that file and the one from before the glitch, and neither of them would do it.
